Saru 19th July 2025 Written Update: Ved regrets hurting Saru. Today in Saru, the episode brings an emotional storm for Ved and Saru fans. Ved, who deeply loves Saru, ends up hurting her once again because of his silence. Tara, his mother, insults Saru mercilessly at a family party, accusing her of stealing an expensive locket. Saru stands speechless as Tara humiliates her, unaware that Ved himself had gifted her that locket.
When Ved finally gathers the courage to speak to his father, he confesses that the locket was his gift to Saru. He questions why his mother always creates such big issues out of small misunderstandings. Ved breaks down as he talks about how Tara controls every aspect of his life – from leaving his college studies, giving up teaching children, to joining the family business against his will. Now, even his friendships are questioned.
Ved feels torn between his love for Saru and his helplessness against Tara. He regrets not taking a stand when Tara insulted Saru in front of everyone and forced her to tie him a rakhi, calling her his sister just to demean her. Ved knows Saru left the house heartbroken, feeling humiliated and worthless.
On the other side, Saru holds back her tears and buries herself in studies, determined to focus on her exams. She believes Ved will never treat her as an equal because of her low status. Her friend Phulla supports her and encourages her to keep her dreams alive. Saru promises herself that no matter how many storms come her way, she will achieve her goals and make her loved ones proud.
Ved silently regrets his cowardice. He thinks about how Saru must be feeling, broken and insulted, and how he failed to protect her dignity. Despite his love for her, he remains tied in Tara’s toxic expectations. His father advises Tara to stop controlling Ved’s life, warning her that she is only pushing her son away by her actions. Later, Anika pays a surprise visit to Tara, and shocks her by showing Rachna and Charan’s video. She blackmails Tara in order to get Ved in her life.
