The episode begins with a sweet awkward moment when Katha accidentally holds UV’s hand after Shlok suddenly brakes the car. Shlok quickly apologises, trying not to laugh at their closeness. UV, ever the grumpy prince, gives Katha his handkerchief but clarifies it’s not a romantic gesture. Shlok and Charu can’t resist teasing him, saying this is the start of their love story. Katha rolls her eyes, refusing to believe it. Shlok tells UV he will soon realise that Eshwar’s decision about his marriage is right. Poor UV looks like a goat being dragged to a temple for sacrifice.
At Jindal House, Eshwar is glowing with happiness, instructing everyone to prepare for UV and Katha’s welcome. He shares his joy with Rukmini, dreaming of a perfect new beginning for them. Just then, they hear a car. Rukmini beams thinking it’s UV and Katha, but to their disappointment, it’s Tammy, arriving like an uninvited thunderstorm. She cracks a silly joke and marches in to “help,” dripping sarcasm everywhere. Rukmini asks her to help Jhumki in the kitchen. Tammy, still fuming over Katha giving her bitter juice the night before (which she deserved), decides to take petty revenge. She sneaks hot water into the thaal preparations, smirking like a true villainess.
Finally, UV and Katha arrive home. Shlok asks Shikha to prepare for their entry. Charu joins to help and gossip. Shikha whispers to Charu about Tammy lurking in the house like a mosquito buzzing around. They wonder about Tammy and UV’s so-called friendship, unable to understand this Manmoji gang’s dynamics. Meanwhile, Eshwar thanks God for sending Katha as UV’s partner and takes a flower from the idol to bless them.
Rukmini tells Jhumki to bring the thaal. Jhumki grabs it from Tammy without knowing her evil plan. Eshwar hands the flower to Rukmini, and she blesses UV and Katha. Chandrika instructs Katha on her girahpravesh ritual. Katha steps forward, but the hot water burns her feet, making her stumble. UV catches her heroically, saving her from falling. Tammy grinds her teeth seeing their closeness but smirks at Ambika, who instantly reads Tammy’s dirty mind and decides to team up with her to separate the couple.
Chandrika stops Katha from entering the house before completing the ritual, calling it inauspicious. Eshwar, though frustrated, tells Katha to sit on a chair near the doorstep. Naina checks Katha’s burned feet, making everyone tense. Chandrika starts her daily drama, scolding everyone. Katha politely says she’s fine, but UV, still annoyed, commands her to be careful. Rukmini scolds UV for his tone, while Tammy watches everything like she’s won an Oscar for Best Villain.
Chandrika questions Katha’s luck for the family. Katha feels hurt and begins questioning her worth. Eshwar quickly defends her, saying the problem is with the people who made the arrangements, indirectly hinting at Tammy and her petty plotting. At that moment, UV receives a call about investors approving his Singapore café project. His mood flips from angry crow to excited puppy. He shares the news with everyone, who cheer loudly. UV taunts Eshwar lightly, while Eshwar puts him back in place with a stern look.
Shlok roasts Chandrika, saying Katha brought good luck as UV’s project got approved. Rukmini blames Jhumki for the hot water, but Jhumki insists on her innocence. UV’s cousins whisper about Eshwar blaming them unfairly. Sandy questions Tammy, who lies shamelessly. Tammy then approaches UV to poison his mind against Katha, but karma plays fast – Katha notices red colour in Tammy’s hands. She instantly realises Tammy’s conspiracy and begins suspecting Tammy’s feelings for UV.

UV and Katha’s moments were awkward yet soft, showing their chemistry blooming despite constant hurdles. Eshwar continues to be the only mature human in this chaos, while Chandrika’s negativity seems powered by a solar battery – never ending.
Overall, Katha gave viewers a mix of love, petty revenge, emotional twists, and classic toxic saas-bahu drama. Let’s see if Tammy’s evil plans continue or if Katha finally gives her a reality check.
