The episode begins with Saru running behind Ved’s car. She shouts, asking him to stop because his car brakes have failed. Ved doesn’t hear her cries. Saru fears something terrible might happen to him. Luckily, Ved manages to stop the car in time. He steps out casually, saying he is fine because he applied the brakes on time. Saru gets furious at his carelessness. She tells him that seeing his life in danger shook her completely. Ved calms her down and tells her that he is absolutely fine.
Meanwhile, Anika puts forth a shocking condition before Tara. She tells Tara that she wants Ved as her husband, and this isn’t just her demand, but her need. Anika emotionally manipulates Tara, saying if she wants Rachna’s video back, then she must agree to get Ved married to her. Tara refuses outright. She says Ved is not a toy to fulfil Anika’s whims. Anika warns Tara to think again because Ved will be happy with her. Tara remains stern, saying she can give Anika money, diamonds, property – anything – but Ved will never marry her. Anika gets furious at Tara’s rejection.
Ved and Saru share a deep emotional moment. Ved confronts Saru for breaking her promise of staying away from him. He asks why she risked her life to save him if she wants to keep him away. Saru tries to maintain her distance but Ved breaks her emotional barriers. He tells her that society’s norms of rich and poor don’t matter to him. He believes their bond is beyond social standards. Later, Anika loses her cool after Tara rejects her condition. She orders her men to upload Rachna’s video on all social media platforms within half an hour. Tara pleads with Anika not to ruin Rachna’s life, but Anika reminds her that she has no objections in destroying her own daughter’s life but has issues with Anika marrying Ved. Anika’s ruthlessness shocks Tara.
On the other side, Ved playfully talks to Saru. She scolds him for sleeping with the door open, worried that a thief might enter. Ved laughs and says the biggest thief is already here – Saru, who is stealing hearts with her innocence. Their friendship moment turns light and adorable amidst all the chaos. The episode ends with Anika determined to ruin Rachna’s life to achieve her evil motive.
