Kumkum Bhagya 23rd July 2025 Written Update: Prarthna’s Rainy Confession and Raunak’s Tears. Prarthna runs to Shivansh and asks him what he is doing at the cliff’s edge and why he didn’t answer her calls. She asks him if he didn’t think about her. She tells him that his silence will kill her someday; she worries a lot for him. She asks him what happened. She cares for him. They have a sweet moment.
It starts raining. He tells her that she likes rains. She tells him that he knows her well, she never told him that she likes rains. She adds that she likes rains. He feels he doesn’t know her. She tells him that the rains give life to the world and also purify souls. She asks him if he also likes rains. She smiles.
Smita tells Raunak that Kanti is very angry. Kanti asks her not to console Raunak. He tells them that they have tolerated Raunak’s mistakes and that’s the limit now. Raunak asks him if he should feel proud that Shivansh is his stepbrother. Kanti tells him that Smita didn’t want Raunak to marry Prarthna, but he supported Raunak and stood by him, but he will not support Raunak in any wrongdoing. He adds that he won’t tolerate Raunak’s misbehavior towards Smita. Raunak tells him that Smita is his mom.
Kanti tells him that Smita is his wife and he can’t let his son argue with her. Raunak asks about Smita’s son. Kanti asks Raunak to leave the house if he has a problem with Smita’s past. Smita asks him to calm down and not say anything to Raunak. Kanti tells him that Smita is Raunak’s mom and loves him a lot, so she is still defending him. Kanti asks Raunak to understand, he should not misbehave with Smita again. He warns Raunak to stay in his limits. He leaves. Raunak weeps.
Smita cries and moves towards Raunak. She asks Raunak to talk to her. Raunak doesn’t want to talk to her. She apologizes for hurting him. She tells him that she is his mom; she wants to stop him from creating misunderstandings between Shivansh and Prarthna. Raunak tells her that he will do it until Prarthna comes back in his life. He adds that he won’t let Prarthna become Shivansh’s. Smita asks if he will defame Prarthna. She scolds him for defaming his love. He tells her that he will get his love back. She tells him that he is doing wrong and he will fail. He tells her that everything is fair in love and war. He leaves. Smita is in tears.
Shivansh goes and sits in the car. Prarthna runs and dances, enjoying the rains and laughing. Shivansh looks at her. He gets down from the car and goes to her. She tells him that rains bring happiness. She holds his hand and asks him to enjoy the rains. She stumbles.
He holds her hand and pulls her into his arms. They have a romantic moment. He asks her to just come with him. She tells him that she likes to experience the rains with him. She begins to express her feelings. He asks her if she is saying the truth. She says yes, she loves the rains when he is with her. Shivansh isn’t able to trust her. He walks to his car.
Bua Maa and Sonalika reach there and see them. Bua Maa is relieved that Shivansh is okay. Sonalika gets angered that Prarthna is with him. Shivansh and Prarthna leave in his car.
Raunak stands at his window and sees the rains. He rejects Payal’s call. He remembers his argument with Payal. He thinks he has been rude. He then takes her call. She apologizes to him for not understanding him. She tells him that she has feelings for him. He tells her that she cares for him; no one cares for him, his family also doesn’t love him, he has lost Smita’s love too, Smita slapped him for Shivansh’s sake, and today Kanti also slapped him in anger. He tells her that Prarthna doesn’t love him.
He adds that nobody loves him, and Payal has called him to console him when she isn’t at any fault. She tells him that she is his friend. He says yes. He apologizes for his bad behavior. She gets glad. She asks him not to worry and have rest. Raunak ends the call. She gets overjoyed. She shares the good news with Ketki that Raunak has moved on. She tells her that she is so happy; Raunak has acknowledged her as a friend for the first time and he has realized Prarthna has left his life. She hugs Ketki. Ketki is also happy for Payal.
Shivansh and Prarthna come home. Shivansh stops her and asks her not to leave him. She tells him that she isn’t going to leave him. She adds that she will get a towel for him because she doesn’t want him to fall ill. She cares for him. She asks him to go and change his clothes. She goes to another room to change.
Sonalika and Bua Maa come home. They go to see Shivansh. Shivansh smiles thinking of Prarthna. He goes to sleep. Bua Maa says Shivansh is sleeping, and Prarthna isn’t in his room. Sonalika thinks to talk to him the next day. They leave the room.
Prarthna comes back to her room. Shivansh wakes up and sees her. He tells her that she is in front of him and something is happening that never happened before. He adds that Sonalika and Bua Maa came and wanted to wake him up, but he didn’t want to open his eyes as he was recalling Prarthna’s rain moment. She smiles. He praises her for finding joy in rains.
He tells her that he has seen many people who get happy only with money. She tells him that he has become a poet. He tells her that he is heartbroken so he has become a poet. She asks why he is saying so. He tells her that he has seen her with Raunak, he knows she loves Raunak and wants to stay with Raunak. She stops him.
