Zee TV’s Kumkum Bhagya is all set to deliver another heartbreaking twist in its upcoming episode. Just when viewers were celebrating Shivansh and Prarthna’s growing closeness, the makers have turned the story upside down.
The episode begins with Shivansh confronting Prarthna about her feelings. He looks into her eyes and asks her what he means to her. Prarthna, gathering all her courage, opens her heart. She tells him that she feels his presence deeply and that her life has started revolving around him. Shivansh wants clarity and asks her again, “What do you feel?”
With tears brimming in her eyes and a smile of acceptance, Prarthna finally confesses that she likes him. But that isn’t all. She reveals her biggest truth, telling him that she has realised she loves him a lot. Her confession comes straight from the heart, with a hope that it will reach his soul.
