Bhagyashree, slightly offended yet touched, offers him to sleep there instead, but he declines and walks away, leaving her wondering what’s really brewing in his mind.
Cut to Rishabh chilling with hotel staff playing cards like he owns the casino. Despite losing continuously, he keeps playing, announcing like a Bollywood hero that he only stops when he wins. Bhagyashree arrives just in time to witness his “never give up” moment as he wins the round. One staff member jokes she’s his “lady luck,” which makes Rishabh pause awkwardly.
But the weirdness doesn’t end there. Another servant comes in and can’t help but stare at Bhagyashree’s visible bra strap like he has never seen a woman before. Rishabh’s protective radar goes off. He scolds the man with his killer glare, then gently drapes a shawl over Bhagyashree, asking why she came. She says she came to check on him, sensing his emotional turmoil. Suddenly, a rat appears, and Bhagyashree jumps on the bed screaming like she’s being chased by a ghost. Rishabh laughs and teases her, acting all brave until the rat makes its next move, and he too jumps on the bed with her. Their mutual rat phobia becomes a hilarious bonding moment as they flee the room together while Bhagyashree mocks his bravery in between giggles.
Later, Bhagyashree confronts him, knowing something is troubling him deeply. Rishabh, weighed down by thoughts of his father, walks into the rain like a tragic hero. He extends his hand towards her, inviting her to join. She hesitates, worried about falling sick, but he assures her Mumbai rain won’t hurt her. Trusting him, she steps into the downpour. For the first time, she experiences the rain like it’s a blessing. Rishabh, caught up in his emotions, removes her glasses, throws her dupatta aside, and holds her close. They dance like typical 90s lovers, soaked and lost in each other. When she sneezes, Rishabh removes his shirt and covers both their heads, creating an Aashiqui-style romantic moment that could melt any cold heart.
Back in the hotel room, they dry their hair, lost in silent admiration. Rishabh’s phone buzzes. It’s his brother, reminding him of his real mission – to get their father out of jail by exposing the actual culprit. He warns Rishabh not to get emotionally distracted. Rishabh, in a rare vulnerable confession, admits he is scared of his own feelings for Bhagyashree but is clear that his father’s justice comes first.
Meanwhile, Nitya calls Bhagyashree, gossip-hungry as ever, and asks about her love life. Bhagyashree, with a dreamy smile, admits she loves Rishabh and feels alive with him, hoping he feels the same. Little does she know, in another corner, Rishabh is telling his brother that he hates Bhagyashree. Honestly, if self-denial was an Olympic sport, Rishabh would win gold.
The next day, Bhagyashree waits at a café for Rishabh before heading to the airport. Nikhil suddenly appears, bringing his “I’m not a cheater” speech. He tells her he was framed by his boss, which led to his arrest, and he only pretended to want her dad’s property so she’d hate him and move on. Bhagyashree is unimpressed and bluntly says everything happened for the best because Rishabh entered her life and taught her self-worth. Nikhil tries to gain pity points by saying he is happy for her, but Bhagyashree is done with his drama. She even tells the server to add his coffee to her bill before leaving. Savage queen energy.
Just then, Rishabh arrives and asks if Nikhil is bothering her. Bhagyashree firmly declares that she only cares about him. Rishabh smiles and says he understands, adding jokingly that he won’t forgive her for such a perfect reply. She laughs, and they decide to leave for home together.
Before they leave, Rishabh gets another call from his brother, informing him that their father’s court hearing is in four days and they urgently need evidence. Rishabh promises to find it. Meanwhile, Rishabh’s brother is shown getting his hands dirty, literally beating up Karthik for trying to mess with their family money.

Today’s episode was an emotional delight with a balanced mix of humour, love, pain, and suspense. Rishabh’s card scene was a perfect peek into his broken, restless mind. The rat chase sequence gave viewers their much-needed dose of laughter amidst all the tension. The rain dance was shot beautifully, showcasing Bhagyashree’s innocence and Rishabh’s hidden vulnerability.
However, Rishabh’s constant denial about his feelings is getting tiring now. His “I hate her” declarations while staring lovingly at her are classic Indian hero confusion. Bhagyashree, on the other hand, continues to shine with her clarity, strength, and savage replies to her toxic ex.
The courtroom and business angle are adding layers to the story, but Rishabh’s brother remains a shady character with unclear intentions. Overall, this episode managed to keep emotions high, gave a romantic breather, and built tension for upcoming truths.
