He resists at first, aware that his actions reflect on his family’s respect. But Ranjit, with his usual cunning, pretends to get all sentimental and plays his emotional blackmail card. “Sachin bhai, tune toh dil tod diya…” he weeps with fake tears glistening under the disco lights. Poor Sachin, with a heart softer than sponge cake, gets trapped in his guilt and ends up downing an entire bottle like a college fresher proving his worth on first day.
Meanwhile, Akash visits Riya’s studio. He arrives, dabbas in hand, trying to woo her back with food. Riya acts all tough, rolling her eyes, “Tu yahan kyun aaya?” But when she sees the food, her stomach wins over her irritation. As she munches silently, she opens up about her worries – Sayali and Sachin’s arguments about Ranjit. She fears Sachin might be in big trouble if Sayali’s doubts turn out true.
Back at the party, the environment flips when police arrive unexpectedly. Ranjit almost chokes on his drama when he hears the police whistle and quickly hides, clutching his glass like a prized possession. The officers announce they are searching for a criminal and advise everyone to remain vigilant. Sachin watches Ranjit’s panicked expression with confusion clouding his intoxicated brain.
Sayali, on the other hand, confides in Riya about her discomfort. She spotted a bike similar to Akash’s being used by a criminal. The resemblance bothers her deeply, making her wonder if there is something shady going on.
Later, Sachin confronts Ranjit about his suspicious reaction to the police. Ranjit spins another sad story – this time about his “traumatic past and broken dreams.” Sachin, being the emotional teddy he is, falls for this crocodile tears show again. He promises to support Ranjit no matter what. While Sachin genuinely believes he can fix Ranjit’s life, little does he know Ranjit is plotting to use his innocence for personal gain. Ranjit can’t digest how Sachin has built a respectable life while he, despite all his cleverness, is still stuck in the gutter.
Meanwhile, Roshni decides to hire a security guard for their property. The man who turns up for the interview looks like he walked out from an Akshay Kumar cop movie – bulky, intimidating, with quirky mannerisms. Tejas interviews him, feeling uneasy under his sharp gaze. The guard then lists his bizarre meal requirements, practically asking for an Olympic athlete’s diet. To prove his strength, he casually lifts Tejas up like a sack of rice. Roshni and Tejas share nervous glances but eventually decide to hire him despite his protein obsession.
Back home, Sachin returns drunk, tripping over the door mat. Sayali is shocked to see her once-disciplined husband swaying like a tree in storm. He tries to offer some random excuse, mumbling incoherently about friendship, betrayal, and brotherhood. His emotional outbursts reveal his inner loneliness and turmoil. The rest of the family feels disgusted and irritated, while Renuka’s face shrivels with annoyance. She is done with Sachin’s drunken shenanigans and fumes silently, thinking “Mujhe ye drama nahi chahiye.”

Today’s episode was a cocktail of drama, manipulation, and comic relief. Sachin’s innocence is becoming his weakness, and it’s frustrating to watch him fall for Ranjit’s emotional blackmail like a naive teenager. Ranjit deserves a roast for being a master manipulator – bhai, drama karna band kar aur kaam dhoond. The new security guard track was unexpectedly hilarious, giving viewers a break from the dark drama.
Sayali remains the lone sensible character in this mess, trying to unravel the truth while managing her emotional turmoil. Akash and Riya’s scenes felt like fillers but at least their chemistry brings lightness. The show needs to speed up Ranjit’s exposure; viewers are already predicting his villainous end. Overall, the episode delivered engaging emotions, light humour, and a pinch of suspense to keep the drama lovers hooked till tomorrow.
