Sowmya snaps and calls him a flop husband and an even floppier son. And to make it spicier, she compares him to Rishabh. Classic case of “Compare & Despair” — except, despair is all Karthik’s.
While Padma gives Bhagyashree some heavy-duty gold jewellery for the wedding, Rishabh jokes about how they even managed to smuggle that much gold in. Padma says she stashed it in an atta dabba like it’s some desi Ocean’s Eleven strategy. Turns out, Bhagyashree does the same. Rishabh, now officially curious, decides to raid the kitchen next.
On the other hand, Sowmya pushes Karthik to get his father’s signature on property papers for a new business. When he brushes her off again, she threatens to report him to her sister. This girl is running an emotional blackmail startup! Karthik apologizes, but Sowmya walks off, filing a mental FIR against him.
Purab, the show’s official villain-on-call, rings up Karthik and asks why he’s not responding. Karthik fakes a reason and begs him not to send goons. Too late—doorbell rings. Ramya remembers seeing him run off with a guy with long hair.
Naturally, suspicion lands on Rishabh. Sowmya and Shreyas add fuel to the fire, telling Bhagyashree that Rishabh is helping Shekhar escape. Phones go unreachable. And Bhagyashree? Sandwiched between loyalty and panic, unable to defend her husband. Meanwhile, Rishabh is indeed with Shekhar, giving him one of his signature pep talks. Not marriage counseling exactly, but close.
