Mannat 28th July 2025 Written Update: Mannat Proves Her Innocence, Mallika Exposed: A Storm Breaks Loose.
The episode kicks off on an emotional note with Gagan opening up to Vikrant. He admits that Mallika has made several mistakes but insists she’s learning and evolving. Still, as her father, he feels the guilt of not having guided her properly. He reminds Vikrant that he trusts him, not only because of his principles but because he’s Roni’s son—Roni’s upbringing won’t allow him to falter. He leaves Vikrant with some heartfelt advice.
Meanwhile, Mallika vents her jealousy to Aishwarya. She suspects something deeper brewing between Mannat and Vikrant. Aishwarya casually brushes it off, confident that Mannat will always choose Shruthi over anyone, even Vikrant. But just then, Aishwarya spots someone—Anirudh—lurking nearby and tries to confirm her suspicion. He quickly hides.
Turns out, Anirudh has been working behind the scenes. He bribes a constable to verify Mannat’s identity, and the constable confirms what Anirudh suspected—Mannat is indeed Aishwarya’s daughter. The constable even recalls how Mannat shouted about revealing this to everyone. Anirudh smirks, thinking Aishwarya has handed him the perfect opportunity to bring her down.
Elsewhere, Mannat is worried sick about Shruthi. She calls her, and Shruthi reassures her gently—she’s doing okay, and Vikrant is taking good care of her. Shruthi also warns her, “Vikrant is good, but not everyone around is.” She suspects Mannat is hiding something and gently probes, but Mannat doesn’t reveal anything about Aishwarya’s scheming. Instead, she urges Shruthi to stay with Harneet for her safety, and Shruthi agrees.
Later, Aishwarya returns home with a sly calmness. Mallika confronts her—when did she manage to arrange the legal papers? Aishwarya confesses she had them ready all along, just waiting for the right moment. Now is the time to snatch everything back from Mannat. She declares that she never gave Mannat anything willingly. Mallika has always been her only daughter, the only one she loves. Mallika gets emotional and admits that she can’t digest the fact that she has to “share” her mother with Mannat. Aishwarya apologizes, and Mallika, craving her mother’s affection, forgives her.
Meanwhile, Mannat stands her ground. She refuses to sign any papers until her bail is confirmed. Her priority is ensuring Shruthi is safe. On the other hand, Vikrant reflects deeply. Gagan’s faith in him strikes a chord. He approaches Mallika, holds her hands, and apologizes for being harsh. He admits he couldn’t accept her easily and probably hurt her more than she deserved. But he’s not going to offer false hopes. He’s supporting Mannat because he truly believes in her innocence.
Mallika then spins a tale—how Mannat betrayed her, challenged to ruin both their relationship and their business. When Vikrant asks if Mannat said this directly, she nods. Mallika, teary-eyed, hugs him, saying that his willingness to give their relationship a chance means the world to her. But her inner thoughts reveal her true intentions—to push Mannat out of Vikrant’s heart forever.
Mannat, meanwhile, yearns for her father’s support. She never even wished to meet her mother, but if her father had been alive, he would’ve stood by her in this storm.
Shruthi, fed up with the constant humiliation from Neetu and Kiran, decides to leave the house. Kiran mocks her poverty while Neetu scorns her parenting. Aishwarya tells Mallika that if Mannat leaves, they’ll lose their leverage. Mallika urges Vikrant to stop Shruthi, but Shruthi stands her ground. Mannat catches her just in time before she collapses. At that moment, she flashes back to jail—how Anirudh showed her evidence exposing Mallika and begged her not to sign the agreement.
In the final showdown, Mannat walks in and confronts everyone. She announces her bail and lays bare the truth. She tells Roni that he may be upset with her, but he has to see what’s real. The evidence stuns everyone—Mallika had poisoned the wheat flour. Vikrant is devastated. Mallika starts her usual theatrics, painting herself as the victim, accusing Mannat of trying to snatch Vikrant away and destroy her.
But then, the mask slips.
In a fit of rage, Mallika blurts out that she wished those children had died and that Mannat had rotted in jail. The truth explodes in the room. Vikrant lifts his hand in fury, but Mannat stops him, holding her dignity.
Because she’s already won.
Mannat 28th July 2025 Written Update Review:
This episode was a full-course meal of emotions, betrayal, and truth bombs. Mallika’s descent into madness was both satisfying and tragic. Aishwarya continues to be that cold-blooded enigma who’s prioritizing manipulation over motherhood. Mannat, though, finally stepped into her power—not just as a daughter or a victim, but as a warrior fighting for her dignity.
Vikrant’s shift toward Mannat felt a tad late but was still a redemptive spark. Shruthi, yet again, is the emotional anchor, quietly strong in a world full of backstabbers.
Rating: 4.5/5 – The drama hit hard, the truth came out, and the tables flipped. Just the kind of masala storm we love!
