Parineetii 28th July 2025 Written Update: Aditya & Preet Drift Further. The episode begins with Aditya telling Sushma that he’s ready to marry Nisha. Sushma smiles through her illness, saying his “yes” is enough to heal her. Aditya just wants her to be safe and healthy. But then she shocks him — she reveals that his engagement is tomorrow! Aditya is left speechless, clearly not expecting things to move so fast.
Meanwhile, Preet returns home and heads straight to her room, ignoring Gurleen. Harjot questions her and learns that Preet had met Aditya at his office. Harjot jumps to romantic conclusions, teasing Preet about their “perfect match.” Preet, on the other hand, is confused and overwhelmed. Harjot insists that Preet likes Aditya and that they’re meant to be together.
Aditya tries to call Preet but Harjot discourages her from answering. Preet, out of curiosity, accidentally answers the call — just enough for Aditya to overhear Harjot painting dreamy pictures of their future wedding. Harjot suggests Preet will wear a pink lehenga for her wedding while Aditya will come to take her in a red one. Aditya hears everything but the call drops, leaving him more confused. He wonders why Preet didn’t respond to any of it and decides it’s time to clear things up.
On the other side, Nisha and Neeti talk about the upcoming engagement. Nisha admits she’s nervous, while Neeti assures her that everything will go smoothly. She says Nisha deserves all the happiness she never received from her father and insists that they didn’t even give Aditya the freedom to make his own choice — which clearly hints at manipulation.
Aditya finally reaches Preet’s home only to overhear Sharda discussing Preet’s alliance with Mohit. His heart sinks. Bebe questions why the wedding is being rushed, saying Preet herself doesn’t want to marry right now. But Sharda confidently claims to know what’s in Preet’s heart and expresses her desire to inform Aditya about Preet’s upcoming wedding.
Just then, Preet spots Aditya leaving and rushes after him. She confronts him, asking what he wanted to say. He vents out his frustration — that she never gave him a chance to explain. She counters that he also never informed her about Nisha. Both reveal they were actually trying to tell each other the truth, but misunderstandings got in the way.
In an emotional exchange, Aditya says he isn’t good enough for her. Preet questions who he thinks she deserves then. Meanwhile, Nisha—on her end—asks Bebe if she’s a suitable match for Aditya, still fighting her inner insecurities. She claims Sanju never loved Neeti the way a husband should, and she doesn’t want the same fate.
Back in the heart-to-heart, Aditya tells Preet she deserves someone she likes, to which Preet says she’s marrying Mohit. Sushma is making the arrangements. Their conversation ends with Preet congratulating Aditya on his engagement… and Aditya returning the gesture for her wedding.

This episode is a full-blown emotional rollercoaster! While some scenes felt like deja vu (because how many times can people mishear calls in these shows?), the heartbreak was real. Preet and Aditya’s misunderstanding had a genuine emotional weight, especially with Aditya’s self-deprecating moment. Harjot, as always, acts like a hopeless romantic in a parallel universe. Neeti’s subtle manipulation in Nisha’s story is building tension for a bigger reveal. Overall, this episode sets the stage for heavy heartbreak, possible rebellion, and maybe… just maybe… a plot twist wedding swap? We’ll wait and see.
