Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 31st July 2025 Written Update: Abhira’s Battle for Myra’s Heart. Today in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Abhira’s Battle for Myra’s Heart—One Burn at a Time.

Today’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai takes us on an emotional rollercoaster—full of tears, taunts, guilt, and a good dose of cold shoulders from Myra. While Abhira is trying her best to bond with her daughter, the little one continues to worship the memory of Geetanjali and Arman like they’re the only ones who matter. Ouch.

Abhira’s Painful Reality: Love, Rejection, Repeat

The episode begins with a seemingly sweet moment—Abhira makes Pookie wear her shoes. Just as we think we’re headed for a warm scene, Pookie throws in a jab: “Tie the laces like Geetanjali Nani used to.” Kaveri jumps in with a casual excuse, saying she was only checking the shoe size, but Abhira’s teary eyes speak louder than words.

Meanwhile, Abhir is trying to fix things with Kiara. He tells her that he canceled his flight just to fulfill Charu’s last wish. Apparently, Charu wanted him to apologize to Kiara before leaving. Sweet, but Kiara isn’t impressed. The ice hasn’t melted yet.

Abhira vs Myra: A One-Sided War

Abhira vents her heart out to Anshuman, admitting how she felt terrible after asking Arman to take back Myra. But now, she sees the bigger picture—Arman created the mess, yet she’s the one suffering. Still, she chooses to wait, holding on to hope like a champion in emotional endurance.

In a heartbreaking scene, Abhira feeds Myra. But Myra, still hung up on her Nani, says, “Feed me like Geetanjali used to.” She even refuses to eat carom seeds, adding, “Arman knows I don’t eat them.” The poor woman is trying, but the kid keeps reminding her she’s second best.

Guilt Trips and Family Drama

Elsewhere, Geetanjali throws a hunger strike tantrum. Dadu gently tries to convince her that Myra is with her mother. But Geetanjali bluntly questions, “How is Abhira even a mother to Myra?” Oof. Arman steps in with his signature guilty face and tells Dadu he regrets snatching Myra from Abhira. He names each of the kids she’s lost—BSP, Daksh, and now Myra—and acknowledges the emotional wreckage he’s caused. Geetanjali, visibly moved, finally declares she’ll bring Myra back.

Anshuman’s Kindness Shines

Amidst the mess, Anshuman’s bond with Abhira stands out. He praises the food she made, and they both prepare for Tanya’s pagphera. He thanks her for always being his pillar of strength, and Abhira sweetly reminds him that he’s doing the same for her. Honestly, Anshuman is turning out to be the unexpected MVP of the show.

The Fire Incident and More Rejection

Just when things seem to be stabilizing, a parcel from Arman arrives for Myra. The child beams with excitement, only for the box to catch fire. Abhira rushes to save her, risking herself in the process. And how does Myra respond? Not even a thank you. Girl, really?

Vidya notices the burn on Abhira’s hand and urges her to apply ointment. Kaveri seems mildly shaken, but it’s Vidya who openly calls her out for making Abhira suffer. Abhira, ever the peacemaker, asks them both to help her win Myra’s love—genuinely, slowly, and without pressure.

Meanwhile, Krish is busy dodging responsibility at work and missing Tanya, while his manager seems to have vanished from the face of the earth. Because why not throw in a little workplace chaos?

Precap: Hope Returns

The episode ends with Geetanjali planning to bring back Myra, but Arman flips the script and convinces Myra to stay with Abhira. Surprisingly, Myra agrees. Arman tells Abhira, “Take your daughter home,” handing her a bittersweet reunion that Abhira had been yearning for.

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 31st July 2025 Written Update Review:

This episode is heavy on emotional weight, but light roasting is absolutely necessary for Myra’s never-ending tantrums and emotional blackmail. For someone who’s barely out of kindergarten, the girl knows how to guilt-trip like a seasoned soap veteran.

Abhira, on the other hand, deserves a standing ovation. She’s patient, kind, and heartbreakingly sincere in her efforts—even after constant rejection. Arman, for once, acknowledges his faults, and it’s high time. The emotional payoff is getting closer, and with Geetanjali and Arman both pushing for Abhira, maybe—just maybe—Myra will come around.

But seriously, how many more burns will Abhira endure before she gets the love she deserves?

Rating: 4.2/5 – A powerful episode with heartbreak, guilt, and a glimmer of reconciliation.
