Bade Acche Lagte Hai 12th August 2025 Written Update: Rishabh’s Special Gift. The episode kicks off with Bhagyashree and the society ladies deciding to keep the Teej fast. Tina pokes the obvious question: “So… you ever kept this fast for Rishabh before?” Bhagyashree admits nope — and she’s not even sure if Rishabh will show up since he’s busy with his dad. Lajjo, in full Bollywood optimism, says Bhagyashree’s love will magically summon him. And right on cue, the doorbell rings and there’s Rishabh, standing like a perfectly timed plot twist. Revati beams, “See? Manifestation works, people.”

Designer Drama
A designer shows up with two outfits for Bhagyashree. She promptly rips one apart (RIP to the poor fabric) and claims the other. Naturally, she asks the designer if he knows for whom Rishabh bought a saree. The designer, wisely choosing survival, says he has no idea.
Job Loss, Audition Loss & Wisdom Drops
Bhagyashree finds Rishabh and, in her soft wife-energy mode, says she’s relieved he’s only resigned from his job. She checks on his dad (stable) and his audition (flop — because his friend “took” the role). She gives him a mini life lecture about not judging without hearing both sides, dropping hints that she’s not a villain and sometimes people make mistakes unknowingly. Then she leaves to help her family, while Rishabh internally stews about her past court confession against his father.
Teej Preparations & Kitchen Chaos
The family gears up for Teej vrat. Vinay wonders if men can also fast. Rishabh says yes — but Vinay shouldn’t because of his meds. Vinay, clearly missing the point, asks about breakfast. Rishabh offers to make it, but Vinay decides on his mom’s uttapam recipe instead.
Meanwhile at Rishabh’s office, Nysah arrives but gets blocked by the receptionist. Impatient, she creates a scene until Purab comes out to deal with her. Back home, Vinay’s “cooking” adventure quickly becomes a “call Padma 20 times until she breaks” mission. Eventually, Rishabh, Karthik, and Shreyas save the day and send Padma to rest. Padma gushes to Bhagyashree about her heroic son-in-law. Revati also praises Rishabh for solving a brotherly spat. Bhagyashree? Beaming.
Saree Suspense
Purab accuses Nysah of coming just to stir trouble. She claims she wants to help get their father out on bail. He tells her to stay away from Rishabh. Meanwhile, the receptionist informs Purab that a saree delivery has arrived. Purab sends it to Rishabh via driver… and Nysah starts tailing the car like she’s in a budget spy film.
Back home, Vinay gifts Padma track pants for morning walks. Rishabh mentions something he ordered hasn’t arrived, but Bhagyashree shrugs it off. Nysah loses track of the driver (spy fail), but the saree reaches Rishabh, who gifts it to Bhagyashree for Teej. She’s delighted, while Nysah is somewhere plotting Saree Mystery Part 2.

Rishabh helps Bhagyashree get ready. He finds out from a victim that Nysah bribed her, leading Bhagyashree to unknowingly give a false confession against his father. Realizing she’s innocent, Rishabh gears up to confess his love.
Review – Sweetness with Sprinkles of Suspicion
Today’s episode had a nice mix — domestic cuteness, saree suspense, and just enough tension to keep you side-eyeing Nysah. Rishabh was peak “supportive husband material” while Bhagyashree subtly tried to clean her image. The saree moment was a win for romance fans, but also a flashing neon sign that drama is loading.
Rating: 3.5/5 – Extra points for Rishabh’s charm, minus points for Nysah’s failed spy act.
