Anupama 13th August 2025 Written Update: Rakhi ties, family feuds & fresh shocks. The episode opens with Leela in her classic “festival gossip” mood, talking about Rakshabandhan with her usual flair. She asks Sarita whether they celebrate Rakshabandhan, to which Sarita explains they observe Bhai Dooj instead. Kinjal, being the sensible one, wonders why Sarita is working right now. Before Sarita can answer, Leela jumps in with her “dance ranis” comment, insisting Kinjal shouldn’t stop the work because, apparently, these ladies are queens of dance in real life.
Then, spotting Anupama, Leela playfully tells the dance ranis to chill, while teasing Anupama for trying to stop them from working. The conversation drifts to a more personal note when Leela suddenly asks Anupama if her brother Bhavesh will come to Rakhi with his new wife. She also wants to know if Anupama still talks to him. The question drops like a bomb — Anupama is visibly taken aback.
Meanwhile, in a softer corner of the episode, Ansh is proving himself to be the ideal partner by caring for Prarthana. Prem, touched by his gesture, thanks him for supporting her. Prarthana sweetly admits that Ansh loves her a lot, making it one of the few warm moments of the day.
Prem then brings up Rakshabandhan, but Prarthana tells him she can’t visit the Kotharis for festivals. Prem jokes that this saves him from giving her a gift. Prarthana, however, turns it sentimental — she says her biggest gift would be if Prem brought Vasundhara, Khayti, and Parag to her wedding. Without their blessings, she feels the wedding will be incomplete. Prem agrees and promises to make it happen.
Over on the bridge-building side of things, Ansh tries to talk sense into Rahi. He urges her to forgive Anupama, saying she shouldn’t keep punishing her for whatever happened with Aryan. He wants Rahi to take a step toward reconciliation. But Rahi, living rent-free in her anger zone, refuses even to hear Anupama’s name, declaring she will never forgive her.
Prarthana, sensing this tension, requests Prem to talk to Rahi since she’s clearly upset. She also urges him to bring Rahi to her wedding. Prem gently reminds Prarthana to focus on her own health first.
In another corner, Rahi’s jealousy levels spike when she sees Anupama dancing with her team. As if on cue, Gautam stirs the pot by telling Khyati and Vasundhara that Anupama and Rahi were happily dancing together during Ansh’s engagement. Khyati immediately lashes out at Rahi for siding with Anupama despite their efforts to help her win. Vasundhara, suspicious, questions whether they are being fooled. Khyati accuses Rahi of betraying their trust. Rahi remains quiet, neither defending herself nor denying it.
On her side, Anupama gets lost in thoughts of Bhavesh. She regrets not attending his wedding and decides she should apologize. She makes up her mind to meet him in person. On the way, she finds Rahi’s bracelet and wishes for a day when Rahi’s anger will fade.
Back in the plotting zone, Rahi tries to convince Vasundhara and Khyati to believe her side of the story, swearing she hates Anupama. Prem walks in, tells them to drop the negativity, and gets visibly angry at their constant drama-making.
Finally, the Shahs celebrate Rakshabandhan in true family style. There’s music, teasing, and warm vibes. The biggest surprise comes when Bailu makes a return. Both Leela and Anupama light up with happiness at the sight of him, adding a bright ending to the otherwise tense day.

This episode served the perfect mix of family warmth, petty drama, and festival chaos — basically, Anupama’s daily bread and butter.
Leela’s opening scene was classic Leela: casually inserting personal questions into a festival conversation like she’s hosting a reality talk show. Her sudden query about Bhavesh was the equivalent of a sneak-attack emotional punch. Anupama’s reaction made it clear there’s some unspoken tension there.
Prarthana and Ansh’s moments were refreshingly sweet in a drama otherwise filled with passive-aggressive stares. But even their romance couldn’t fully shield the episode from Rahi’s all-consuming grudge. Rahi seems determined to keep her “I hate Anupama” brand alive, even when others are trying to mend things. Honestly, the way she storms out of every conversation is starting to feel like a bad soap opera drinking game.
Gautam, Khyati, and Vasundhara came in like the three gossip musketeers, dragging Rahi for allegedly siding with Anupama. But Rahi’s silence here was telling — maybe she’s starting to question her own stance, even if she won’t admit it out loud.
The Rakshabandhan celebrations were a nice breather — warm, emotional, and topped off with Bailu’s return. But just when you thought we’d get a soft ending, the precap threw in more drama: Rahi and Pakhi’s jealousy, and Bhavesh’s marital trouble.
