Mangal Lakshmi 19th August 2025 Written Update: Kapil Apologizes To Mangal. The episode begins with a big confrontation. Pratima lashes out at Monisha, saying “Shame on you, Monisha.” Mangal steps in and exposes Monisha’s schemes one by one. She reveals that Monisha first tried to harm her by adding broken glass pieces inside the matki, and when that failed, she spiked Kapil’s drink to frame him and break their marriage. Shocked, Kapil asks about her first attempt, and Mangal shows Ishana’s phone with photos as evidence.
Monisha, of course, denies everything, arguing that the photos only show a hand and accusing Mangal of making false claims. Meanwhile, Adit thinks to himself that Monisha has completely lost her mind since she even tried to trap him with the matki incident.
Mangal then reveals Monisha’s cut on her hand, comparing it with the photo, proving beyond doubt that she was the culprit. Kusum demands an explanation from Monisha, reminding her that her supposed family ties with their Dada Kisan made them trust her. But Mangal shocks everyone further by disclosing that Monisha fabricated her entire connection to Kusum’s family. She forged everything, including a fake photograph printed at a colony studio, just to gain their trust and enter their house.
Monisha feels exposed, while Mangal continues, saying Monisha lied about moving on from Kapil, when in reality her intentions were crooked from the start.
This enrages Kapil, who calls Monisha a manipulator. In a stern voice, he says, “Our relationship ended long ago. I don’t even want to see your face. You will never come between Mangal and me. I will only marry Mangal, so stop interfering in our lives.” Monisha tries to plead for one last chance, but Kapil shuts her down and throws her out of the house. He slams the door in her face, leaving her shocked and humiliated.
Inside, Kapil thanks Mangal for exposing the truth and standing by him, saying he doesn’t know whether to apologize or thank her for saving him from Monisha’s trap. Pratima reminds everyone that she had already warned them Monisha would never change. Outside, Monisha watches from the window, burning with anger and vowing revenge. Adit, on the other hand, feels relieved that his name was not dragged into Monisha’s dirty games.
The family tries to return to normalcy. Shanti suggests they begin Krishna Ji’s pooja now that the drama is over. Together, Mangal and Kapil perform the rituals, offering prayers for a peaceful life ahead.
But peace is short-lived. Later, Mangal arranges Akshat’s room, happy that Adit took him for ice cream. Suddenly, the lights go out. Curiously, she notices that electricity is working fine in the neighborhood but not in their house. When she checks, she sees the fuse deliberately turned off. Switching it back on, she enters Akshat’s room only to be horrified—a bloody handprint marks the glass window.
At that very moment, Adit, Akshat, and Ishana return home from their ice cream outing. Mangal anxiously questions their safety. Adit reassures her they are fine but follows her to the room where she saw the bloody handprint. To their shock, the mark has completely disappeared. Kusum also arrives, while Adit laughs it off, teasing Mangal about watching too many thriller movies. He advises her to relax and not scare the kids.
Although Mangal wonders if it was just her imagination, uneasiness lingers. She puts the kids to bed, but the camera reveals the chilling truth—the episode ends with a masked person lurking dangerously close outside the window.
