Job Overview: Content Manager

As a Content Manager at Hire Digital, you’ll be overseeing and managing the delivery of content and creative projects across multiple digital platforms. The role is client-facing and requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring smooth communication and building long-term relationships.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital content and creative assets—including websites, blogs, social media, and videos.
• Collaborate with internal teams (designers, copywriters, developers, strategists) to meet project goals.
• Translate client briefs into actionable project plans aligned with brand voice and objectives.
• Ensure high-quality standards and perform final checks before delivery.
• Track campaign performance (engagement, conversions, SEO rankings) and provide insights for optimization.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding project scope.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content strategy, creative project management, or digital marketing, ideally within an agency.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in tools like Asana, Trello, or Google Workspace.
