Kapil rushes to Adit’s side and begs him to give his hand. Adit pleads desperately, “Don’t let go.” Kapil tries to hold on, but Adit’s grip weakens. Kusum arrives and witnesses the tense moment. Before Mangal can notice Monisha escaping, tragedy strikes—Adit slips from Kapil’s hand and crashes to the ground in front of Mangal, drenched in blood. Kusum screams his name, while Mangal turns in shock, crying for help and asking someone to call an ambulance. Kapil, shaken, insists he doesn’t know how it happened, but Kusum’s eyes burn with fury.
The ambulance and police arrive, and Adit is rushed to the hospital. Kapil attempts to explain himself to Mangal, but she ignores him and leaves with Adit.
At the hospital, Mangal begs the doctor to treat Adit immediately, promising to complete formalities later. Soon, Sudesh, Akshat, and Ishana arrive in panic. Mangal consoles them, assuring that Adit will be fine. Pratima also reaches, her face pale with worry.
Just then, Kusum breaks down completely. In front of everyone, she declares she saw everything and accuses Kapil of letting Adit fall on purpose. She screams that Adit begged for his life, but Kapil didn’t save him. Kapil tries to calm her, saying it was an accident, but Kusum slaps him hard and cries, “If you truly wanted to, you could have saved my son!”
Pratima defends Kapil, insisting he can never harm anyone. But Kusum is unrelenting, vowing that if Adit doesn’t survive, she will never forgive him. The argument heats up, and Mangal has to intervene, urging everyone not to fight in the hospital.
Emotions spiral further when Akshat loses control and attacks Kapil with a flower vase, accusing him of trying to kill his father and declaring his hatred. Ishana joins in, saying Kapil has disgraced their family. Mangal quickly stops them and tells Kapil to leave before things get worse. Heartbroken, Kapil walks away with Pratima.
Later, the doctor questions Ishana about the accident. Before she can say anything, Mangal steps in and claims Adit slipped and fell. The doctor accepts her version and leaves. Mangal consoles the children, promising their father will return safely. Sudesh praises her decision to hide the truth, fearing the matter could become a criminal case. Mangal quietly agrees.
As Kapil prepares to drive away, Mangal stops his car. Kapil, with pain in his eyes, tells her that she is standing with her family, but in their eyes—and even in hers—he is the culprit.

Kapil’s helplessness was portrayed beautifully—his intentions are good, but circumstances make him look guilty. Mangal’s calmness in the hospital, covering up the truth to protect the family, showed her strength and sense of responsibility.
On the emotional front, Akshat’s outburst was powerful. His hatred toward Kapil adds a new layer of tension that will likely shape future conflicts. Ishana siding with her brother only deepens the divide.
Overall, the episode balanced thriller-like tension, emotional confrontations, and family bonds under strain. With Adit fighting for his life, the coming episodes promise even bigger storms.
