The episode opens with Pratima storming into the hospital, confronting Sowmya over her complaint against Kapil. Sowmya stands firm, insisting Kapil deserves punishment and must rot in jail. Pratima warns her to withdraw the complaint, but Sowmya refuses, challenging her motives and questioning why she wants to remove Mangal from Adit’s life. Later, Pratima reaches Mangal’s room to find her donating blood to Adit. Shocked, she stops Mangal, scolding her for helping Adit while Kapil suffers. She urges Mangal to choose between living in the past or the present, but Mangal calmly explains that she would help anyone fighting for life, asking Pratima to imagine Kusum’s position. When the nurse arrives and warns Pratima that she has endangered Adit’s life, Mangal reinstates the drip, leaving Pratima fuming.

The tension continues as the doctor informs the family that Adit’s condition remains critical, and the coming hours are crucial. Kusum breaks down, and Mangal consoles her, asking her to trust Maa Durga. Meanwhile, Mangal receives distressing news from the lawyer: Kapil’s bail has been rejected due to his past record. Distraught but determined, she prays to Bappa to remove obstacles and protect her loved ones. Sudesh urges Mangal to rest at home, reminding her that she has donated blood and needs to recover. Sowmya interferes, insisting Mangal leave, claiming her presence isn’t needed, but eventually, Mangal agrees and returns home with the children.

Back home, Mangal involves Akshat and Ishana in Ganesh Sthapana preparations. Akshat questions how they can celebrate while their father is in the hospital, but Mangal encourages them, saying that praying to Bappa will aid his recovery. They craft a Vinayak idol together and take it to the temple room, covering it with a cloth. The peace is interrupted when Shanti arrives, scolding Mangal for donating blood to Adit and upsetting Pratima. Mangal stands her ground, telling Shanti that helping Adit is necessary because his recovery will ultimately prove Kapil’s innocence. Shanti relents, praying for Mangal’s troubles to end.

The next day, the preparations continue with fresh flowers and pooja thali arrangements. Mangal coordinates with the lawyer over the phone to explore options for Kapil’s bail, unaware that Sowmya is secretly plotting against her. When the Akhand Jyoti diya flickers, Akshat fears a bad omen, but Mangal reassures him. She then lights the diya herself, ensuring it burns steadily, and prays for protection over both Kapil and Adit, demonstrating her unwavering faith and determination amidst the ongoing conflicts.
