Kumkum Bhagya 31st August 2025 Written Update: Sonalika’s Shady Plans. Today in Kumkum Bhagya, Shaadi Dates, Shady Plans, and Prarthna’s Stand.
Bua Maa asks Sonalika to go and call Shivansh for breakfast. Prarthna tells them that Shivansh is busy and he would come later. Bua Maa insists and sends Sonalika to him. Prarthna feels Bua Maa and Sonalika are planning something. The doorbell rings. Bua Maa yells at Prarthna and asks her to check the door. She tries to provoke Prarthna. The Pandit arrives. Bua Maa asks her who has come. Prarthna tells that it’s Pandit ji. Bua Maa asks Pandit to come in. Sonalika and Shivansh come there. Bua Maa asks them to have a seat. Gayatri asks them to have food first.
Bua Maa tells that they will talk to Pandit ji first. She asks Pandit ji to say. Shivansh is clueless. He sees Prarthna. Pandit tells that he has selected a few dates, and she can select one. Bua Maa tells Shivansh that she wants to keep his marriage functions by following the auspicious timing. She reminds him that his Sangeet happened and then a big trouble came into their lives. He tells that Sonalika’s parents also got a Pandit with them. She tells that she wanted to consult their family Pandit.
Pandit mentions the dates with auspicious timings for Mehendi, Sangeet, and the wedding functions. Sonalika likes the dates and asks Bua Maa to fix it. She asks Shivansh if he will complete his task. He agrees. Bua Maa congratulates Shivansh and Sonalika. She decides to lock the dates. Prarthna and Gayatri are in shock. Bua Maa asks Shivansh and Sonalika to take the Pandit’s blessings. Bua Maa tells that she will get super busy from now. She thanks the Pandit. He leaves.
Bua Maa hugs Shivansh and Sonalika. She tells that she will plan his wedding really well. Shivansh asks if they can’t keep the marriage without delaying more. He doesn’t want to waste time in functions. Prarthna remembers the Pandit’s prediction about Shivansh’s Kundali. Sonalika is also eager to marry Shivansh. Shivansh hugs her to make Prarthna jealous. Prarthna reacts and separates them. She tells that she can’t let Sonalika marry Shivansh.
Bua Maa asks who is she to stop his marriage. She tells that Shivansh is her son and she will decide his wedding. Prarthna tells that Shivansh is still her husband, and she will not let him marry Sonalika. Sonalika tells that Prarthna will get her alimony. Prarthna tells Shivansh that she wants to tell him the entire truth. Sonalika adds that she knows the reason for Prarthna’s return. Prarthna asks Shivansh not to marry Sonalika. He asks her if she will decide on his life.
She asks him if he can decide on her life. He tells that she just wants money. He gives the cheque and tells that she can get his property and money. She tells that she didn’t come for the sake of money. Bua Maa asks her to take the money and spare them now. She insults Prarthna.
Prarthna asks Shivansh to listen to her. Bua Maa tells that Prarthna has asked for money and Shivansh has given it to her. She asks Prarthna if she wants more money. She tells that Prarthna has to leave Shivansh. Prarthna refuses to listen. Shivansh asks Prarthna not to shout at Bua Maa. He doesn’t want anyone to misbehave with his Bua Maa.
Prarthna tells Bua Maa that Shivansh can’t tolerate it if anyone argues with her, he loves her, but she is tolerating the threat on his life. He asks what is she saying. Prarthna tells that she has overheard Bua Maa, Sonalika, and Pandit’s conversation about Shivansh’s Kundali dosh, and that’s the reason she has come back to save his life. Sonalika asks her to shut up and stop lying. She orders her to leave. Prarthna refuses.
She asks Shivansh to believe her, Bua Maa and Sonalika aren’t his well-wishers, they are selfish, and they are thinking of themselves. He tells that they are his family. Bua Maa asks her not to make any new story and gain his sympathy. She asks Prarthna to get out. Prarthna tells that she won’t leave. Gayatri stops Bua Maa and takes a stand for Prarthna. Bua Maa asks her to get lost.
Gayatri asks her to leave Prarthna’s hand. She asks Shivansh to stop Bua Maa. Prarthna tells that she will not leave. Bua Maa calls her an enemy. Prarthna accuses Bua Maa and calls her the biggest enemy of Shivansh. She insults Bua Maa. She tells that she will tell the truth to Shivansh. She angrily states that Shivansh blindly loves Bua Maa, but she has risked his life. Shivansh asks her to shut up.
She tells that Bua Maa knows about his Kundali dosh, but still she doesn’t care for his life. She reveals that her Kundali is strong and she can save his life, so she has come back home for his sake, she lied to him to stay back and protect him. She doesn’t want to leave. She tells that she will stay with him for a month to secure him, then she will leave.
She asks him not to marry Sonalika before his Kundali dosh is resolved. She tells that Bua Maa doesn’t love him, so she agreed for his marriage with Sonalika. She blames Bua Maa, who holds no love for him. Shivansh asks her to stop her nonsense. She asks him to confront Bua Maa and Sonalika. She tells that Bua Maa has brainwashed him against Smita and her, just to secure her future.
Bua Maa tells that she never provoked Shivansh against Smita. Prarthna tells that she has heard Bua Maa provoking Shivansh against Smita, but Smita is a nice woman, she saved Shivansh’s life by risking her life, she loves Shivansh and she supports him. She tells that Bua Maa loves herself before Shivansh. She praises Smita and taunts Bua Maa.
Shivansh loses his cool and raises his hand at Prarthna. He stops himself and calls it enough. He tells that their relationship is over now. He rebukes Prarthna. He asks her to get out. He defends his Bua Maa. He asks her what she knows about Bua Maa. He tells that if she has a problem with Bua Maa, then she must leave. She asks him to save his life. He throws her out of the house and ends their ties. It’s Prarthna’s imagination. She sees Shivansh with Sonalika, and is stressed.
