Karthik then spots the same car from which he earlier received help in his society. He is shocked to learn it belongs to the Kapoor family—Rishabh and Purab were the ones who supported him financially.
Meanwhile, Bhagyashree tends to Rishabh, placing a wet cloth on his forehead. Lost in memories of his love, she admits to herself that she still loves him. She softly confesses her feelings while Rishabh, in his sleep, holds her hand. Overwhelmed, she kisses his forehead.
