Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 16th September 2025 Written Update: Full-On Masala Drama, Minus Subtlety. Today in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain Written Update – Dreams, Deceptions, and Danger.
The episode begins with a rather… culinary disaster. Shreyas tries his hand at making dosas, but instead of golden perfection, we get burnt pancakes. Padma, however, is in full denial mode, insisting the dosas are “crispy and perfect”—because admitting a cooking failure is too mainstream. Then, the plot thickens as Shreyas casually drops the bomb: he has landed a job in London and must leave by Friday. Cue Padma’s worried expressions. Vinay, ever the practical father, asks whether he’ll stay back for Revati and Bhagyashree’s upcoming marriage, but Shreyas brushes it off, explaining that foreign jobs are “like this only.” Classic excuse, right?
Cut to Purab, who is suspiciously spying on Revati as she’s making pizza in the kitchen. He asks what she’s up to, and she claims it’s for Shreyas. Purab, with a smug grin, says he’ll just take a small piece—like the perfect innocent brother-in-law. But the plot thickens when Revati spots long hair on his shirt. Oho! The drama meter spikes.
Later, Shreyas sweetly tells his parents that both Bhagyashree and Revati encouraged him to pursue his dreams. Vinay and Padma, of course, bless him, because what else are parents for?
Back to Purab and Revati’s peculiar interaction: Revati carefully removes the hair from his shirt and tells him to freshen up, while Purab cheekily admits he put the hair there himself just to tease her. Smooth move, Purab. Definitely not suspicious at all.
Meanwhile, Rishabh confronts Gautham about why he dragged him to Nysah’s house and whether it’s another blackmail stunt. Enter Nysah, dramatically dressed in a wedding outfit, asking Rishabh to “meet her” as if it’s a grand, life-changing event.
Elsewhere, Bhagyashree gets suspicious when Purab and Revati share a cute moment. She questions Purab, who claims it’s just a holiday and nothing suspicious. But then the plot thickens—Purab calls the office and learns that Rishabh is missing, while their father is also conveniently absent. Bhagyashree wisely suggests waiting, hoping Rishabh will make contact. (Because that’s how sensible people deal with blackmail.)
At Nysah’s place, the real drama explodes. Nysah grills Rishabh about why he’s not in wedding attire, while Gautham, ever the schemer, urges him to proceed with the marriage. But Rishabh plays it cool, telling his father not to fall for her drama and insisting they leave. Nysah, predictably evil, threatens to leak compromising photos and videos of herself with Rishabh to Bhagyashree’s fragile family, adding more pressure. She even sends multiple threatening messages.
The tension reaches a peak when Vinay receives those incriminating photos. His mind instantly goes to the worst-case scenario: Rishabh is cheating on Bhagyashree. In true dramatic fashion, Vinay becomes hyper, drops his medicine, and creates an uproar. Bhagyashree arrives and questions what’s wrong. Vinay, in full melodrama mode, shows her the photos, swearing not to let Rishabh near her ever again.
Meanwhile, Shreyas and Padma return from shopping, and Shreyas, trying to be sweet, intends to gift a saree to Bhagyashree… but ends up injuring himself on broken glass. As if that’s not enough chaos, they also notice Vinay’s spilled medicine and begin looking for him.
The grand finale of the episode? Nysah ups her game and threatens to send the photos to the entire family. Rishabh, playing the cool anti-hero, tells her to go ahead, daring her to do her worst. Then, in a shocking twist, Nysah hits Rishabh on the head with a vase, and he collapses into unconsciousness. As the tension explodes, she calls for the pandit to arrive quickly… because nothing says “wedding drama” like a villain holding time hostage.
Precap – The Big Twist
Rishabh and Bhagyashree’s wedding is set to happen next, but with so many secrets, lies, and betrayals lurking in the background, can love really triumph? Things are heating up.
Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 16th September 2025 Episode Review:
Ah, Bade Achhe Lagte Hain—where every interaction is laced with dramatic pauses, awkward secrets, and totally illogical but highly addictive decisions. Shreyas burning dosas while dreaming of London jobs was a surprisingly relatable moment in this otherwise exaggerated world. His decision to chase foreign employment instead of attending family events was believable and expected in typical soap-opera fashion.
Purab’s “innocent teasing” with the hair-on-shirt stunt was low-key hilarious. I mean, the man is just asking to be caught, right?
But the real highlight remains Nysah’s grand villain arc. Threatening to leak photos, showing compromising videos, and conveniently having a wedding dress ready—this is peak melodrama, and we love it. Vinay’s overreaction to the photos was equally entertaining: medicine dropping, hyperventilation, guilt trips galore.
The ending was the best kind of cliffhanger, complete with a vase smash that left Rishabh unconscious and the pandit summoned urgently. It’s so extra, and that’s exactly why it works.
In short, this episode serves the perfect cocktail of jealousy, blackmail, betrayal, and cringe-worthy romance. No logic, but plenty of addictive masala to keep fans hooked.
