In the upcoming episode of Tum Se Tum Tak, Gopal casually asks Anu,
“Beta, is there some event happening at your office today?”
Anu happily replies,
“Yes, Papa, today is casual day at our office.”
Meanwhile, Pushpa thinks to herself,
“Even if I explain it to Sharma Ji, seeing Anu’s expressions makes me worry about her too.”
At the office, Meera tells Arya,
“Arya sir, everyone is deciding their seats. Where will you sit?”
Arya smiles mysteriously and says,
“I’ll tell you. But first, there’s another surprise.”

Anu gets Arya’s message. Her face glows with joy. She smiles and sends a reply. Arya too smiles on getting her reply. He thinks of asking something and continuing the chat. He writes, it’s a casual day at office tomorrow, be there on time. She replies okay. He sends a good night message. She too writes good night. She blushes. Gopal wakes up and wonders whose message has brightened her face.
The next morning, Mansi invests her time in cooking. Her cooking is enough to shock the servant. The servant tries to guide her. Mansi sends her away. She continues her experiment like solving a puzzle. Soon, the expected happens. Fire catches the stove. Mansi runs and shouts to call Gayatri. The servant comes back and handles the matter. Mansi tells Gayatri about the oil attacking her eyes. Gayatri asks if she has put water in the oil. Mansi says yes. Gayatri asks why doesn’t she know basics. Mansi asks when did Gayatri teach her. She tells that Gayatri always taunts her. Gayatri tells that Mansi never have a willingness to learn. Mansi yells at her.
Arya comes and asks Mansi what’s wrong and why is she shouting at Gayatri. She tells that Gayatri doesn’t listen to her if she speaks in normal volume. She adds that Gayatri didn’t listen to her at Jivdaani temple, a family was worshipping there, Vardhans are the trustees of the temple and should have broken the queue and performed the puja before that family. She tells that Gayatri didn’t listen to her. Arya asks Mansi to understand Gayatri. Mansi refuses and leaves. Arya asks Gayatri about the girl Mansi was talking about. Gayatri recalls Anu.
Meanwhile, Anu gets ready for office. Gopal asks if there is any program in her office. Anu says that it’s the casual day, the staff relaxes, they work and enjoy, they wear casual clothes, unlike everyday’s formals. She asks Pushpa to give tiffin for her and Arya, too. Gopal asks why for Arya. Anu says that Arya loves their homemade food, so she takes a tiffin for him every day. Pushpa gives the two tiffins. Anu hugs her parents. She looks at herself in the mirror and thinks if there is anything missing. She imagines Arya, who signs her to apply a bindi to complete her look. Anu smiles, nodding to him and applying the bindi. She happily leaves for work, hoping to meet Arya at the office. Gopal and Pushpa see Anu blushing for no reason, and wonder what’s going on.
Gayatri tells Arya about Anu, a simple and good-hearted girl. She adds that she felt a kind of connection with that girl. Arya asks if that girl came alone. Gayatri tells Arya that the girl came to the temple with her parents, Mansi was arguing with them, but the girl’s mom answered Mansi well. She laughs. Arya is sure that Gayatri is talking about Anu, who visited the temple with her parents. Arya rushes and gets ready for the office. Raghu and Rajni see Anu going to the office, decked up for Arya.
Raghu tells Rajni that Anu and Arya have an affair. She tells that Arya has got Anu back to the city. Raghu smirks. He tells that they will show Arya and Anu’s video to the locality people, and insult Gopal and Pushpa. She agrees. Meera hands over a cheque to Mansi. She tells that she spoke to Arya and got the amount desired by Mansi. Mansi thanks her. Meera assures that the second task will be done too. Arya calls Jhende to his cabin. Jhende is surprised to see Arya in casual clothes.
Arya asks if he isn’t looking good. Jhende says Arya looks good. Arya asks Jhende to sit on his chair and lead the office as the boss today. He makes Jhende sit on his chair. Jhende gets up and asks what’s special today. Arya tells that it’s a casual day and he has planned this to show that the staff is equal to the boss, and Jhende is his best friend.
Jhende asks Arya where he will sit. Arya says that he has chosen his seat. He asks Jhende to come with him. Arya greets the staff. He tells them about the casual day, there isn’t a boss or employee today, they are equals, they can sit anywhere they want, Jhende will take over his cabin today as their boss. Everyone claps. Arya asks them to choose their seats. He waits for Anu. He thinks Anu’s entry will be surprising for everyone. Meera asks Arya where he will sit. Arya tells that he will tell her, but there isn’t another surprise. She asks what it is. The staff looks at the door. A guy enters the office. Arya thinks about who he is.
Meera welcomes Neil. She introduces Neil Khurana to Arya. She tells that Neil has joined their legal team. She adds that he is Mansi’s relative, and Mansi has recommended him, but he deserves it. Neil jokes about nepotism. Meera recalls Mansi’s request about hiring her cousin, Neil. Arya welcomes Neil and hands over a bouquet to him. Neil thanks him. Neil meets the rest of the staff. Honestly, is there a sweeter way to show office romance than exchanging “good night” texts and carrying homemade tiffins for your crush? Classic.
Meanwhile, Mansi’s cooking skills are something out of a disaster movie. She’s trying to solve a culinary puzzle but ends up setting the kitchen on fire. Gayatri’s sass-level hits an all-time high when she questions Mansi’s basic cooking knowledge, and Mansi throws back the perfect “when did you ever teach me?” clapback. Pure gold.
The best twist? Arya pulling the “no boss today” casual day stunt, letting Jhende sit in his chair while he waits, dramatically, for Anu to show up. And of course, the plot thickens when Meera introduces Neil—the new “nepotism hire” who just might be trouble.
