Anupama 18th September 2025 Written Update: Anupama Cuts Ties with Paritosh. The episode begins with chaos erupting when the goons corner Anupama and demand money. Their voices are threatening, their eyes burning with greed. Anupama, standing tall in her conviction, reminds them firmly that betting is illegal. Her words carry courage, but the men laugh off her defiance. Tension rises as the goons threaten to kill Paritosh if she does not comply.
Paritosh, sensing danger, begs his mother to stop resisting. He pleads with her to hand over the money. Sarita jumps in, her tone desperate, urging Anupama to give the money and save her son’s life. Rita echoes the same plea, her face pale with fear. The pressure on Anupama mounts, yet she remains unshaken. She declares with unflinching determination that the money belongs to the dance ranis—the women who have trusted her—and she will not let it be snatched away by crooks.
Her refusal leaves everyone stunned. Hasmuk, torn between fear and admiration, steps forward, pleading with the goons to leave. Perhaps moved by his humble appeal, or perhaps planning a bigger strike later, the goons finally retreat. But their departure leaves behind heavy silence and trembling hearts.
Once the danger passes, the storm shifts within the family. Instead of gratitude, Paritosh turns against his mother. His voice shakes with bitterness as he questions her motherhood. He accuses her of caring more about money than his life. The accusation pierces Anupama’s heart, but it also fuels her strength.
Anupama delivers one of her most powerful speeches yet. She reminds Paritosh that his list of sins is endless, and every time she forgave him, he only added another crime to it. Her eyes glisten with tears as she announces that her patience has reached its limit. In front of the entire family, she declares that from this day forward, she has no relationship with Paritosh. She severs every tie of motherhood, calling him nothing more than a stranger. The room falls silent, the weight of her words crushing everyone.
While the Shah house reels from this declaration, another storm brews elsewhere. Khyati, stricken with grief over Aryan’s death, lashes out at Anupama. Her eyes blaze with fury as she blames Anupama entirely for her loss. With a trembling voice, she vows never to forgive her. “A mother can never forget the death of her child,” she says, her pain spilling out like fire. Anupama listens quietly, her heart breaking yet again, bearing the burden of guilt that Khyati places on her shoulders.
Back at home, the emotional turbulence continues. Pakhi, forever the entitled one, asks Anupama to forgive Paritosh once more. She questions why Anupama is being so harsh with him. Paritosh himself, instead of reflecting on his mistakes, wallows in self-pity. He asks whether he is really so bad that his own mother would disown him. He lashes out at her hypocrisy, pointing out that even Rahi once raised questions about her motherhood, but she never cut ties with her. His bitterness grows darker as he brings up Rahi again, suspecting that she may have asked Gautam to lock Anupama inside the room.
This is the final straw. Anupama’s hand rises in fury, and she slaps Paritosh across the face. Her voice, sharp and full of pain, warns him never to drag Rahi into his own wrongdoings. She makes it clear—Paritosh alone is guilty, and he alone will suffer the consequences. Paritosh breaks down, begging his mother to let it go, but Anupama’s resolve is firm. She says she has forgiven him countless times, but this time, forgiveness will not save him.
Paritosh crosses another line when he accuses his mother of caring more about Bharti’s surgery than about his life. His words are venomous, showing no gratitude for the countless sacrifices she has made. Anupama’s anger flares, and she slaps him again. This time, she reminds him of his betrayal—while she was locked inside a room, struggling for her life, he was busy gambling away money. Her voice cracks as she says that as her elder son, he should have been her support, her strength. Instead, he has become her greatest shame.
She compares him with Samar, the son who always stood by her, hardworking and respectful, even in death. Hasmuk adds weight to her words, praising Samar’s golden heart and ambition. He says that despite being a gold medalist, Paritosh has achieved nothing, while Samar, though less privileged, was filled with dignity and responsibility. The contrast is brutal, leaving Paritosh humiliated.
Anupama, trembling yet resolute, delivers her final blow. With tears streaming down her cheeks, she says she regrets giving birth to Paritosh and Pakhi. She declares in front of the family that she disowns Paritosh forever. She throws him out of the house, her voice shaking but unwavering.
A stunned Paritosh turns to Kinjal, his last hope. He begs her to understand him, to stand by him in this dark hour. But Anupama doesn’t let him manipulate Kinjal. She calmly tells her daughter-in-law to list his countless mistakes. She advises Kinjal to stop ruining her life by clinging to a toxic man and to disown him too. Leela, as always, interferes, questioning Anupama’s decision and asking why she is trying to break Paritosh and Kinjal’s marriage. But Anupama, stronger than ever, silences her. She tells Kinjal she deserves better, and Kinjal, tired of Paritosh’s endless failures, agrees with Anupama.
Paritosh’s world shatters as his mother disowns him and his wife abandons him. Alone and broken, he is left with nothing but the weight of his own mistakes.
The episode ends with this storm of emotions.

Anupama 18th September 2025 Written Update Review:
Today’s Anupama episode was an emotional hurricane—raw, intense, and unapologetically bold. The standout was Anupama finally cutting ties with Paritosh. This moment has been long overdue, and Rupali Ganguly delivered it with thunderous conviction. Her speech was a masterclass in acting, filled with heartbreak, anger, and maternal grief.
Paritosh’s behavior once again proved he is the most unredeemable character in the show. His selfishness, arrogance, and refusal to change finally pushed Anupama to a breaking point. The slaps were not just physical but symbolic—a mother reminding her son that respect must be earned, not demanded.
Khyati’s track added another layer of emotional conflict, showing how Anupama continues to face blame even when she isn’t directly at fault. It highlighted the lonely path of a woman who stands tall but bears the brunt of everyone’s grief.
The family dynamics were brilliantly written. Hasmuk’s comparison between Paritosh and Samar cut deep and gave weight to the argument. Kinjal siding with Anupama was refreshing, finally putting an end to Paritosh’s manipulative streak.
On the flip side, Pakhi’s selfish attitude and Leela’s endless meddling are starting to feel repetitive, but they serve the purpose of fueling drama.
Overall, this was a powerhouse episode—emotional, painful, but also cathartic. It marks a turning point in the story, showing Anupama as a woman who, though broken by betrayal, still rises stronger.
Rating: 4.8/5 – Stellar performances, fiery dialogues, and a long-awaited confrontation that will be remembered as a landmark in the series.
