When Aviraj and Kajal bow for blessings, Kajal notices blood on Devraj’s hand. He dismisses it casually, claiming it’s just kumkum. Aviraj praises Devraj as being like a brother to him, but Devraj takes offense at Aviraj’s sudden marriage and instructs the couple to live in the outhouse. He adds a condition: since they’re living there free, Kajal must take responsibility for his pregnant wife Pallavi. Innocent Kajal agrees, believing Pallavi to be like family.
That night, Kajal waits for Aviraj, who arrives late with blood on his hand. He downplays it as a small injury and gifts her a gajra. They share a tender moment, and Kajal remembers how she ignored the warning signs. The couple then consummates their marriage.
Kajal recalls the day Pallavi gave birth to a baby boy. While she happily distributed sweets, she didn’t notice Pallavi’s troubled state. Later, Kajal offered sweets to Devraj, but he shockingly placed his hand on her and lustfully said he wanted her. Disgusted, Kajal slapped him and decided to expose his true nature to Aviraj and Pallavi.
Meanwhile, Devraj returned to Pallavi, who was already distant from him. He forced her to eat sweets. Soon Pallavi felt her throat burning, struggled for water, and realized something was wrong. Devraj revealed his cruel truth—he only married her for her father’s property. Now that everything was transferred in her name and she had given him a son, he planned to kill her and claim the fortune. As Pallavi tried to call Kajal, Devraj pushed her violently.
Kajal arrived just in time to see Pallavi collapse. She confronted Devraj, accusing him of murdering his wife for property. She locked him inside and called the police. But in a shocking twist, both Devraj and Aviraj twisted the truth to frame Kajal. Aviraj lied, claiming Kajal was jealous of Pallavi’s luxuries and killed her. Kajal begged him not to protect Devraj, but the police believed their false story. Kajal was arrested, her pleas drowned by betrayal. She narrates that from that day, she vowed not to let Devraj’s shadow ever fall on her daughter Binddi.
Back in the present, Binddi wakes up early and sneaks into the kitchen. She wants to prepare something sweet for Kajal but worries Sudha will scold her. Suddenly, she senses someone behind her—it’s Saurav. He asks why she isn’t asleep. Binddi admits she wanted to cook a dessert for Kajal but doesn’t know her favorite. Saurav tells her Kajal loves Resam Ki Barfi. Binddi asks him to make it, and he agrees on one condition: Sudha must not find out. Binddi agrees excitedly.
Together, they prepare the barfi and pack it neatly in a box. When Sudha wakes up, she catches Saurav cleaning dishes and questions him. He lies that he came for water and found a dirty plate. She tells him to sleep while she handles it. Saurav then sneaks the sweet box to Binddi, who hides from Sudha and carefully tucks the box away.
Meanwhile, Kajal sits dejected in jail, staring at the tasteless food thrown inside. She recalls the trauma of being imprisoned under false charges. A flashback shows Kajal once attempted suicide in jail but failed. When doctors checked her, she discovered she was pregnant. That realization gave her strength to live—for Binddi.
Kajal comes out of her dream, emotional. She thinks that after 16 long years, she is finally going to meet Binddi. She hopes to also see her mother and warn her that Binddi’s life is in danger.

This episode of Binddii packed both past tragedy and present innocence into a powerful narrative. Kajal’s past unfolded like a nightmare—her dreams of marital happiness destroyed by betrayal. The contrast between Pallavi’s warmth and Devraj’s cruelty was heartbreaking, especially the moment he coldly confessed he married her only for property. That reveal cemented him as a truly vile antagonist.
The betrayal by Aviraj cut deeper than Devraj’s crime. Kajal expected her husband to stand by her, but instead he chose lies and selfishness, sacrificing his wife’s dignity and freedom. This moment defined Kajal’s lifelong suffering and made her determination to protect Binddi all the more moving.
The episode balanced this dark past with the sweetness of Binddi and Saurav’s kitchen scene. Binddi’s innocence and effort to cook her mother’s favorite dessert brought light into the story. Her bond with Saurav added warmth, even though it had to be hidden from Sudha.
Kajal’s jail flashbacks reminded viewers of her resilience. Her failed suicide attempt and discovery of pregnancy were gut-wrenching yet inspiring, showing how motherhood gave her a reason to survive.
