Vasudha 26th September 2025 Written Update: A Farewell Shadowed by Love and Sacrifice. Hanumant goes to buy a Gajra for Vasudha. He decides to make a Gajra for her, since it’s her farewell. He thinks the decision isn’t easy for a father, but he wants to save her from the disrespect society will throw at her when news of her affair with Dev leaks out. He decides to attempt suicide after ending Vasudha’s life. Vasudha knows Hanumant is helpless to take this step because of her love for Dev. She feels bad that she couldn’t meet Dev for the last time. Dev rushes to find Vasudha. Hanumant makes the Gajra for Vasudha and fixes it in her hair.
They enter the temple. Dev gets a call from a stall owner, who tells him about Hanumant buying poisonous pesticide. Dev is shocked. He learns Hanumant’s location and rushes to the temple. Hanumant and Vasudha meet the Pandit. She wants the puja to happen for Hanumant since he is her father, and he wants to pray for his long life and happiness. Hanumant knows Vasudha is a great daughter, but her one mistake has compelled him to end her life. He feels he is an unfortunate father.
He tells that he can’t let Vasudha fulfill her dream of marrying Dev. Vasudha does the Pariknama. She feels she has failed as a daughter; she has fallen in love with Dev, even when she knew Hanumant would be hurt on knowing this. She doesn’t want Hanumant to bear the burden of the crime of killing her. She prays for Dev. Dev is on the way. Hanumant and Vasudha are asked to wait for the prasad. She tries to cheer him up. She tells him that she wants Hanumant to apply shagun haldi to her since it’s his dream to do her vidaai. Hanumant agrees. He goes and gets the haldi for her. He applies the haldi to her face.
He thinks he is living a nightmare to end his daughter’s life. He cries. Dev gets stuck in a traffic jam. Vasudha tells Hanumant that she is feeling hungry, and she will eat the prasad. He asks her to wait. He goes and gets the prasad for Vasudha. He gets Chandrika’s call. Chandrika tells him that Vasudha is connected to the Chauhan family too. She wants to celebrate Vasudha’s birthday. She asks when he is coming back. He says by evening. She tells him that she wants to promise Vasudha and give her a gift; she will get Vasudha married to a nice guy. She trusts Hanumant and Vasudha a lot.
He realizes that Chandrika will hate them after knowing Vasudha’s love for Dev. Chandrika tells him that she will organize a grand wedding for Vasudha. Hanumant thinks he should punish Vasudha and end her life, else society will punish her strictly. He adds the poison in the prasad and cries. He prays that Vasudha doesn’t feel much pain while leaving the world. Dev leaves his car and runs on the road to reach the temple. Hanumant cries and feeds the poison-spiked prasad to Vasudha.
Vasudha likes it. He asks why she changed so much. He has told Chandrika that his daughter will never cross her limits, but Vasudha has crossed her limits and broken his trust. She has started dreaming of marriage with Dev. How did she dare to commit such a big sin, and why didn’t she think of her dad? He says that he would have sent her to the village and kept her away from Dev, but she has regarded herself as Dev’s wife. He scolds her for staining his upbringing and loyalty to Chandrika.
Vasudha cries and accepts her mistake. She tells him that her love isn’t a sin. He tells her that it’s a big sin to love her boss. She tells him that one doesn’t think and plan to fall in love; love just happens. She has tried to stop her heart, but she failed. She tells him that the ad shoot wedding became a truth of her life. She kept the relationship without any expectation from Dev, but Dev loves her too. He rebukes her for living in an illusion. He tells her that Chandrika will lose faith in them.
He fears Vasudha and his defamation. He doesn’t want anyone to stain his loyalty. He tells her that Vasudha will get punished for her actions. Vasudha smiles and tells him that he has added the poison in her prasad to punish her. He asks if she knew it. She recalls Guru ji’s words. She tells him that Guru ji has predicted it: her family member will kill her, and this had to happen one day. She adds that she was not sleeping that night, and she overheard Hanumant’s words.
She tells him that she has a final wish: he shouldn’t tell anyone about administering poison to her. She knows his emotional conflict, and she will not let his loyalty get stained. Hanumant cries and feels guilty seeing her understanding. She asks him to promise her. She promises him that she will come back as his daughter in her next birth. He realizes his mistake and apologizes to her. She hugs him and tells him that he can never be wrong. Dev reaches the temple. He looks for Hanumant and Vasudha. Vasudha forgives Hanumant for his move. Hanumant tells her that he was wrong to misjudge her. Vasudha gets dizzy.
