Chandrika gets angry. Dev and Avinash come home. Karishma asks Chandrika not to reveal the truth to her sons. She suggests that Chandrika tells a convincing lie. Dev and Avinash get furious seeing Karishma and ask what is she doing in their house. Vasudha makes tea for Hanumant. Hanumant recalls Dev’s words. He starts treating Vasudha as Chandrika’s Bahu and Dev’s wife.
He calls her Malkin, and adds that his daughter Vasudha is dead to him and now she is just Dev’s would-be wife. He behaves in an estranged and hurtful way, reminding her of the mistake she committed.
