Advocate Anjali Awasthi 2nd October 2025 Written Update: Truth and Lies. The episode begins with a heated clash between Aarti and Anjali. Aarti accuses Anjali of siding with the law instead of her own, reminding her how much they have both suffered because of legal rules. In frustration, she declares she no longer believes in such laws. Anjali, unable to tolerate this disregard, slaps Aarti and firmly states that she is a devotee of the law. She emphasizes that she has sacrificed everything for it but never betrayed it. For Anjali, justice is supreme, and only the law will decide whether Ved belongs with Kali or Aarti. Just as she walks away, Aarti warns her that she too has someone on her side—her grandfather, Raghav, a powerful lawyer. Anjali dismisses her words and leaves.
Aarti later vents to Ganesh, asking if he noticed Anjali’s arrogance. Ganesh calmly replies that Anjali has always been loyal to the law and cannot be swayed. He warns Aarti that approaching Raghav could have dangerous consequences, even hinting that Anjali might not survive such a clash.
Padma tries to console Aarti, urging her to eat something, but Aarti refuses. She laments that Ved must also be hungry and regrets dragging him into this mess by marrying him to Kali. Her pain shows the guilt she carries.
Meanwhile, Kali arrives at court and is startled to find Anjali preparing to argue her case. She confronts her, asking why she has taken this step. Anjali calmly answers that she cannot allow injustice in front of her eyes, reiterating her devotion to the law. Their courtroom exchange brims with tension as Anjali questions Kali, who defends her love for Ved.
In another scene, Sadhika’s plotting continues. She asks Abhay if he has a secret phone number hidden from Anjali. Abhay reluctantly agrees and hands her a phone. Sadhika uses it to call Anjali, pretending to be a well-wisher. With a venomous tongue, she claims the city is gossiping about Anjali’s daughter being involved with a married man. Anjali warns her to stop, but Sadhika twists the knife deeper, revealing that the truck involved in Anjali and her husband’s tragic accident belongs to the Ved Rajvanshi family. She adds that Aarti is in love with the man responsible for her husband’s death. Anjali is shaken to the core and demands proof. Sadhika slyly tells her to check the files herself and disconnects. Later, Raghav praises Sadhika for creating such a dangerous misunderstanding between Anjali and Aarti.
The shock leaves Anjali restless. She immediately questions Kali about the truck accident. Kali pleads with folded hands, begging Anjali to save her marriage. She insists her love for Ved is true and even offers to pay Anjali for her services. But Anjali stands firm—justice cannot be bought. She assures Kali that if Ved is truly her husband, the law will protect her rights.
Elsewhere, Aarti lovingly feeds Ved, urging him to eat since he has been hungry all night. Ved notices she hasn’t eaten either and grows emotional. Just then, Kali calls Ved, asking where he is. She complains that Anjali will never let Aarti stay with him and asks if he has eaten. Ved draws a sharp comparison, saying Aarti has been starving herself and now feeds him with love—a devotion that Kali cannot understand. He cuts the call, leaving Kali frustrated. She storms to Anjali and reports that Aarti is feeding Ved, demanding punishment for her rival. But Anjali explains that feeding someone isn’t a crime and she cannot punish Aarti for that. She does, however, promise Kali that if Ved is truly her husband, she will make sure the law gives him back to her.
Later, in a surprising softer moment, Ved and Anjali share some lighthearted time together. They feed each other, briefly forgetting the storm brewing around them.

Anjali confronts Yuvraj and accuses him directly of murdering her husband. Yuvraj smirks and asks if she has any proof. Anjali raises her hand in rage, but before she can act, Aarti steps in. She stops Anjali, saying Yuvraj is the son-in-law of her in-laws and must be respected. Anjali pleads with Aarti not to interfere, but Aarti ignores her and walks away with Yuvraj. Watching from a distance, Sadhika feels victorious, satisfied that her poisonous plan is working.
