Mangal Lakshmi 21st October 2025 Written Update: Public Anger on Mangal, Her Dabba Gets Destroyed. The episode begins on a festive day, but for Mangal, it turns into a nightmare. What starts as a normal day at her small food stall ends in complete chaos.
Families visit Mangal’s dhaba to enjoy her special festive dishes. The atmosphere is cheerful — laughter, aroma of food, and the sound of sizzling pans fill the air. But their smiles fade in seconds when someone suddenly screams — a lizard is found in the food. Shock ripples through the crowd.
The customers are disgusted. Some begin shouting that they’ve been poisoned, others accuse Mangal of being careless. Within moments, the joyful celebration turns into a public outrage.
Mangal stands frozen, her eyes wide in disbelief. “This can’t be true,” she says. “I cooked everything myself. Someone must have done this on purpose!” But her words fall on deaf ears.
People taunt her harshly — “If this is how you cook in public, how do you cook at home? Do you feed your children this filth too?”
Mangal tries to explain, trembling and pleading, “Please believe me! It’s not my fault.” But no one listens.
One of the angry customers yells, “Enough of your excuses! If anyone falls sick, you’ll be sent to jail!”
Another adds, “Yes! Shut down her dhaba! Throw her out of the city!”
The crowd chants together — “Band karo iska dhaba! Band karo!” The shouting gets louder, the anger hotter. Mangal’s mother, teary-eyed, joins her daughter, begging everyone to calm down. “We didn’t mean any harm. Forgive us, please. It won’t happen again.”
But the mob refuses to hear them out. Plates are thrown, tables overturned, utensils scattered across the floor. The dhaba that once echoed with customers’ laughter now lies in ruins.
Mangal and her mother watch helplessly as people destroy everything they’ve built. Someone locks the dhaba gate, declaring that it will stay shut until the Food Safety Inspector arrives for investigation.
Mangal folds her hands and apologizes again and again, but the angry crowd leaves her standing outside her own dhaba. The shutters close, the keys are taken away, and the festive lights dim around her.
Later, Mangal sits with her mother, shattered. Her voice trembles as she says, “Everything’s gone, Ma. Our only source of income… gone on Diwali.”
Her mother tries to console her, though her own eyes well up. “People are furious, Mangal. They won’t let you work here again. How will we run the house now?”
The pain is unbearable, yet Mangal’s spirit doesn’t break. “Someone has done this intentionally,” she vows. “I will find out who ruined our food.”
The camera shifts to reveal Neel, watching the chaos from afar with a sly smile. He is the one behind this entire setup, taking revenge for the insult Mangal once gave him.
Meanwhile, at home, Lakshmi faces her own struggle. Kalyani suffers a serious leg injury during dance practice. With tears in her eyes, she begs Lakshmi to perform in her place at the upcoming event. “If I don’t perform, my career will end,” Kalyani pleads.
Lakshmi hesitates — she isn’t prepared for such a big stage performance. But Kalyani insists, “You know all the steps, Lakshmi! Please, just once, perform for me.”
Lakshmi looks torn, balancing her own fears and Kalyani’s desperation. Whether she steps onto that stage or not could change everything for her.
The episode closes on two emotional fronts — Mangal’s dhaba sealed and destroyed, and Lakshmi standing at a crossroads, about to take a decision that could shape her future.
As both sisters face new crises on the same day, their strength and fate are about to be tested like never before.
