Jagriti 22nd October 2025 Written Update: Geeta Shoots Jagriti and Suraj. The episode begins with Jagriti meeting a woman named Gauri, who nervously walks into her office. Gauri greets Jagriti with folded hands, saying she came a little early because she was too excited to meet the lawyer who would fight her case. Jagriti smiles and assures her that Geeta, the lawyer, is one of the best. She tells Gauri to sit and wait comfortably, adding that Geeta’s taking up this case is important not only for Gauri but also for her personally.

While Gauri waits, Geeta looks at the lawyer’s robe placed nearby, whispering to herself that she never thought she would wear this attire again. Jagriti tells her that once Geeta takes over, they will win for sure.

Meanwhile, Geeta gets ready at home, wearing her lawyer’s coat, her expression reflecting old wounds and heavy memories. As she prepares to leave, her phone buzzes — it’s a call from Kalikant Thakur. The very mention of his name freezes her. She hesitates, then picks up. The camera pans to show a mysterious look on her face, hinting that she might not be heading to court after all.

Elsewhere, Suraj and Jagriti discuss their next lead. They are investigating the Defense Minister’s security breach, and Suraj is interrogating a driver linked to the Minister’s office. The man nervously admits that he hasn’t heard much yet but promises to inform them if he does. Suraj takes his number and warns him to stay alert.

At the same time, Geeta meets Kalikant Thakur in person. Suraj, watching from a distance, realizes that Geeta is walking straight into danger. Suraj informs Jagriti that this meeting confirms their suspicions — Geeta might be the mole leaking defense plans. Jagriti, torn between duty and love for her mother, asks Suraj to wait for her before doing anything rash. But Suraj insists on following Geeta and moves ahead.

Geeta senses someone tailing her. She turns suddenly, gun drawn — but there’s no one visible. Moments later, she hears a faint sound behind her. She whispers, “I know you’re there,” and turns sharply, only to see Jagriti and Suraj pointing their guns at her.

Geeta’s face hardens. “So Jagriti told you everything?” she says to Suraj with a twisted smile. Jagriti steps forward, her voice trembling but firm:

“Maa, we know everything. You blame the Defense Minister for what happened to Papa and Amitabh. But how did Kalikant Thakur—the villain of your life—become your ally?”

Geeta doesn’t flinch. “Ask what you want, but I won’t betray my mission,” she replies coldly.

Jagriti, tears brimming in her eyes, warns, “If you don’t answer, I’ll shoot.”
Geeta steps closer, fearlessly: “Then shoot. I’m proud that the daughter I raised is brave enough to threaten her mother.”

Jagriti’s hand trembles, but she can’t press the trigger. Geeta looks into her eyes, then suddenly grabs the gun, saying,

“You don’t know how to shoot, beta. Let me show you how it’s done.”

A gunshot echoes through the air.

Jagriti falls to the ground. Suraj screams, “Jagriti!” and runs to her. But Geeta stands tall, her face expressionless. As the smoke clears, Jagriti slowly opens her eyes — she’s alive. The bullet only grazed her shoulder. Geeta smirks:

“I knew you’d follow me, that’s why I removed all the bullets from your gun. I didn’t want to kill you. You just came in the way of my mission.”

Suraj shouts, “You’ve lost your mind! She’s your daughter!” He lunges at Geeta, but she points the gun again, warning them not to come closer.

Flashes of Jagriti’s childhood fill the screen — her mother teaching her to read, saying education gives strength to face the world. Geeta once told her, “You are my world, Jagriti. Never let go of what’s right.”

Now, those same words echo painfully in Jagriti’s head. She stands up, bleeding but unbroken, and walks toward Geeta. “You taught me what’s right, Maa,” she says softly. “A mother gives life, she doesn’t take it.”

Geeta’s hands shake as she points the gun again. Jagriti opens her arms and says:

“If to avenge one child’s death, you must take another’s life, then shoot me. You gave me this life, my name, my strength — take it all back. But I will stop you.”

Suraj pleads, “Both of you stop! Geeta ji, put the gun down!”

Geeta’s eyes fill with tears, but her finger stays on the trigger. The tension peaks — another gunshot echoes.

Suraj and Jagriti get shot by Geeta. Geeta collapses in tears, and blames them for provoking her. She deletes the pictures.

Suraj rushes to Jagriti. They inject Geeta and faint her. Jagriti cries and “Thank God we wore the bulletproof vests,” he says shakily. Jagriti murmurs, “Maa did it on purpose, she shot us, she would have killed us, how did she do this”. She breaks down. Suraj consoles her. He tells that Geeta shot just to scare them, she didn’t intend to kill them, so she missed the exact shots.

Later, at home, Tarini and Anshu talk about the chaos. Kalindi reaches there and finds Jojo giving the money to Tarini. She scolds Jojo, who’s caught stealing. Jojo tearfully explains that she only wanted to contact her late parents through Tarini’s sessions but didn’t have the money, so she stole. Kalindi looks conflicted as the episode ends with Jojo vowing to find her mother again.
