Vasudha 31st October 2025 Written Update: Hanumant’s Anger Explodes – Slaps Dev and Vasudha, Declares His Daughter Dead

The storm has finally hit the Deshmukh household in Vasudha. What began as a secret love story has now turned into a full-blown family crisis. In the upcoming episodes, Hanumant — the proud father who values duty above emotions — discovers the truth that his daughter Vasudha and Dev were hiding from him. What follows next shakes not just the family but the very roots of their relationship.

Vasudha, burdened with guilt and fear, had been dreading this day. She knew the lie couldn’t stay buried forever. When Nandini learns that Vasudha and Dev’s relationship goes beyond friendship, she decides to play her own game. With Chandrika’s help, she brings home photographs of suitable boys for Vasudha’s marriage. In her excitement to arrange a match, she unknowingly digs up a truth that no one was ready to face.

Chandrika Refuses to Accept Vasudha’s Change:

Chandrika asks Vasudha why did she get a makeover when she doesn’t need to, who asked her to try heels when she can’t. She doesn’t like her efforts. Prabhat tells her that Vasudha wants everyone to like her, since she is the Satva brand ambassador. Chandrika tells that Vasudha is unique because of her simplicity, that’s her USP. She tells that Vasudha should be proud of her identity, and not try to change herself. She asks Vasudha not to imitate others. Vasudha cries. Chandrika tells that high heels and fashion aren’t for Vasudha. Nandini cares for Vasudha. Chandrika asks Vasudha to handle the kitchen.

Avinash and Divya defend Vasudha. Chandrika asks if they have tried to change Vasudha. Dev feels sorry that Vasudha is facing an insult because of them. Chandrika asks Vasudha to go and change and then handle her work. Sarika insults Vasudha. Dev asks Sarika to just stop it. Vasudha leaves with tears in her eyes. She breaks down. Dev comes to console her. He tells that she looks beautiful today. He asks her not to take Chandrika’s word seriously. Vasudha tells that she treats Chandrika as a Devi and she respects her words. Dev calms her down. Vasudha tells that she can’t prove Chandrika wrong.

He gets Vidhi’s call and puts his phone on silent mode. Dev asks Vasudha to try and understand; they are doing this for Chandrika’s happiness. Vasudha tells that she will remain the old Vasudha if Chandrika wants so. Dev praises Vasudha. She tells that she will win Chandrika’s heart without changing herself. He tells that her husband will always be with her. They smile. Vidhi hurts herself. Karanvir stops her. She asks him to take her to Dev.

He asks her to forget Dev, who is a disgusting man. She cries and faints. Karanvir angrily beats the servants and vents his anger. He tries to wake up Vidhi. Vasudha changes her clothes and comes back. She meets the family members. Dev tells them that Vasudha has decided to win Chandrika’s heart without changing her personality. Divya tells that she won’t put any pressure on Vasudha. Vasudha tells that its not their mistake. Hanumant comes home to meet Vasudha. He gets sweets and gifts for her. Prabhat tells that Vasudha’s innocence, truth and values will win Chandrika one day.

They are informed about Hanumant’s arrival. They rush to see. Hanumant offers the gifts to Chandrika. Sarika taunts him. Dev worries that Hanumant can say something and reveal the truth to Chandrika. Vasudha gets stressed. Avinash tries to take Hanumant away. Chandrika tells that she wants to talk to Hanumant. She adds that she has fulfilled her promise and found nice proposals for Vasudha. Hanumant is shocked to see the pictures. Chandrika tells that once he chooses a guy, it will be Chauhan’s responsibility to handle Vasudha’s wedding.

The truth hits Hanumant terribly:

Hanumant, holding the pictures of those prospective grooms, feels betrayed. Nandini proudly lists each suitor’s virtues — government jobs, rich families, land and business — but Hanumant’s mind is elsewhere. His daughter’s hesitation, the discomfort in her eyes, tells him that something is terribly wrong.

When Vasudha finally gathers courage and tries to tell her father the truth, Dev and Avinash step in, trying to manage the situation. They hope to pacify Hanumant, but their half-truths only ignite his anger further. The proud father’s world collapses when he learns that his daughter has already married Dev — without Chandrika’s knowledge. Dev tells Hanumant the reason why Vasudha and he got married in haste.

The scene turns explosive. Hanumant, his voice trembling with fury and heartbreak, raises his hand — not once, but twice — slapping both Dev and Vasudha. His rage blinds him. “You deceived me,” he shouts, “You broke the trust that a father builds all his life.” His disappointment is not just as a parent, but as a man who feels his honor has been shattered.

Dev tries to explain, “Kaku, please… it wasn’t a betrayal. Our marriage is real. I love her.” But his words only add fuel to the fire. Hanumant roars back, “If it was real, then why couldn’t you tell your mother? Why did you hide it like a thief?” Vasudha falls at her father’s feet, crying, “Babu Saheb, I’m still your daughter. Don’t do this to me.” But Hanumant’s pride is wounded beyond repair.

In a moment that leaves everyone stunned, Hanumant walks inside, only to return with a pot of holy water. His face turns cold as he declares in front of everyone — “My daughter Vasudha is dead. I will perform her shraddh right now.” The words fall like thunder. Gauri faints, Chandrika stands frozen, and Dev’s eyes fill with disbelief. The air turns heavy with grief as Hanumant begins the ritual, symbolically cutting all ties with his living daughter.

Vasudha screams through her tears, “I am alive, Baba! Please don’t do this. Don’t curse your own blood.” Dev, shaken and helpless, begs for forgiveness. “Give me a chance, I will make it right. I promise to tell Maa everything.” But Hanumant’s faith is broken. For him, Vasudha no longer exists — not as a daughter, not as a part of his world.

Avinash and Divya attempt to intervene, trying to make Hanumant see reason. They remind him that love doesn’t erase a daughter’s respect, that Vasudha’s choice was born from her heart, not rebellion. But the elder remains unmoved. For Hanumant, duty to family and tradition comes before love. “A daughter who hides her truth brings shame to her home,” he declares, completing the ritual with trembling hands.

The episode closes with Vasudha collapsing in Dev’s arms, crying inconsolably. The once lively girl who always sought her father’s approval now stands broken — alive, but declared dead by her own blood. Dev, equally shattered, vows to set things right. His eyes burn with determination as he tells Avinash, “I’ll tell Chandrika everything. The truth can’t stay buried now.”

As dusk falls on the Deshmukh mansion, the echoes of Hanumant’s decision linger like a curse. Inside his room, he sits alone, torn between love and pride. Outside, Vasudha mourns the loss of her father’s blessing — the one bond she cherished most.

The next episodes promise an emotional storm — will Hanumant ever forgive Vasudha and Dev? Will Chandrika’s reaction soften his heart or push the family into deeper chaos? One thing is certain — Vasudha is entering its most heart-wrenching phase yet, where love dares to stand against tradition, and one father’s pride becomes the biggest test of all.
