Midway through, flashes of his forgotten past flood his mind. His breathing turns heavy, panic takes over, and before anyone can react, he collapses. Mannat rushes to him, trying to calm him down, but he pushes her away in confusion and faints. Roni immediately takes charge, rushing Vikrant to the car while Neetu joins to help. Dhairya, witnessing the chaos, senses that Vishaka and Mallika’s hands are behind this twisted “performance.”
Back in the hall, Mannat stops Vishaka from tagging along to the hospital, firmly sending Vikrant with Roni and Neetu instead. Her patience finally breaks. She turns toward Mallika with fiery eyes, accusing her of orchestrating the play to intentionally trigger Vikrant’s trauma. Mallika, as always, plays innocent — denying everything with a calm mask. But Mannat doesn’t buy it for a second. She calls her out for being manipulative and cruel, saying both she and Vishaka are responsible for this attack on Vikrant’s peace.
Mallika tries to wriggle out, pretending to be clueless, but Mannat isn’t falling for it. She reminds Mallika how she already caught her with the play script. She knows they planned every line, every scene — and even locked her in a box to keep her from stopping it. Mallika’s lips tighten; she realizes Mannat has guessed the truth. Still, she lies one last time and slips away.
Vishaka steps in next, claiming she is Vikrant’s mother and that she’d never harm him. Mannat’s reply is sharp — “You can’t fool me anymore.” She accuses Vishaka of using emotional blackmail and money to control everything. She says the real mother is Neetu, who has loved Vikrant selflessly and would give her life for him. Vishaka argues back, turning the blame toward Neetu, claiming Neetu gave Vikrant those harmful medicines that erased his memory. Mannat fires back, explaining how Neetu stopped those medicines the moment she learned the truth. “She threw them away with her own hands,” Mannat says, her voice breaking yet firm. “Neetu’s love heals — yours only destroys.”
Vishaka’s mask slips for a second, but Dhairya’s arrival fuels her again. He walks in just in time to hear Mannat accusing his mother. He scolds Mannat for speaking harshly, saying she’s forgetting that a mother’s pain can make her desperate. Mannat looks at him, her voice trembling with disbelief, “So you knew all this? Were you part of this plan?” Dhairya hesitates. Vishaka instantly jumps to his defense, warning Mannat not to disrespect her son. Mannat stands her ground — “I only stand for truth. God brought me into Vikrant’s life for a reason, and I’ll protect him even if I have to fight everyone.”
Her declaration leaves the room in tense silence. Vishaka, enraged, vows to teach Mannat a lesson. The rift between Dhairya and Mannat widens as Vishaka smirks in the background, satisfied with the cracks she’s caused.
Meanwhile, Mallika meets Aishwarya secretly and reveals everything — how Vikrant fainted and how Mannat is getting dangerously close to exposing them. Aishwarya tells her to find out whether Vikrant remembered anything from his past during the panic attack. They agree that if he remembers even a glimpse, they’ll have to change plans fast.
In another part of the house, Susheela looks for Dhairya, worried about the growing drama. But before she can call out his name, Vishaka spots her lurking in the corridor. Her expression turns deadly. In a sudden, shocking moment, she attacks Susheela to silence her.
Back at the hospital, Vikrant slowly regains consciousness. Mannat pleads with Roni and Neetu to finally tell him the truth — the truth about his past, about who he really is, and about the poison that’s been keeping him in the dark. Roni panics, fearing that if Vikrant remembers everything at once, it might break him again. But Mannat’s determination hardens. “He deserves to know who’s been playing with his life,” she says softly, staring at the man she loves — fragile, lost, and on the edge of rediscovering his past.
The screen fades on Mannat’s tearful yet fierce resolve.
