Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 25th November 2025 Written Update: Mihir Shaken, Tulsi Hopeful, Noina Schemes, Angad Struggles.
The episode begins with Vallabh Bhai arriving at Shantiniketan to discuss work with Mihir, unaware of the emotional storm already brewing in the house. Their discussion stays strictly professional, until Suchi calls Mihir in panic, saying Noina is extremely upset and he should come talk to her. Mihir freezes for a moment but refuses instantly, claiming he cannot come. Tulsi, standing nearby, engages Vallabh Bhai in office conversation and attempts to understand what is actually happening behind the scenes. Vallabh Bhai casually reveals that though the office is running smoothly, Noina and Mihir have decided not to work together anymore and Noina is flying back to the US. The revelation hits Tulsi like a quiet shock—Mihir never mentioned a word of it to her.
Mihir quickly decides to go shopping with Pari for her wedding jewellery and invites Tulsi to join them, but Tulsi politely declines. Pari, in her usual carefree tone, tells Tulsi it’s fine if she doesn’t come. Tulsi senses something is off with Mihir, but she lets them go.
At the jewellery store, Mihir and Pari bump into Raman, who is shopping for his future wife. A bigger mystery rises—who on earth agreed to marry Raman? Before they can even process the news, they witness Raman misbehaving with a salesgirl. Mihir steps in, stopping him with firm authority. A small but tension-filled argument takes place, showing that Mihir hasn’t lost his sense of justice despite losing himself emotionally.
Pari later steps outside the showroom to speak to Ranvijay due to poor network, leaving Mihir to pay the bill. As Mihir walks out, fate decides to play its favourite sport—irony. Mihir and Noina bump into each other. Shock flashes across both faces, especially since neither expected to see the other in such a public place.
Noina heads inside and confidently asks the staff for a mangalsutra. Mihir stands frozen, unable to understand why she is buying bridal jewellery when she is supposedly going back to the US. His confusion turns into utter astonishment when Raman arrives, and the staff congratulates the couple. That’s when Mihir learns the truth—Noina is marrying Raman.
At Noina’s house, her sister can’t digest the news either. Noina coolly explains that this is all part of her plan. She wants to make Mihir jealous because, in her mind, Mihir cannot tolerate seeing her with another man. She tells Suchi that Mihir is not someone who forgets things easily and he will surely come running once he sees her getting married. Little does she know that her conversation is being overheard—by Mitali. And when Mitali overhears anything, chaos is guaranteed.
Later, after a workout, Mitali spills the “breaking news” to Pari, telling her that Mihir and Noina are having an affair. Pari goes into instant shock. Her father, whom she worships for values and morals, caught in an affair? It strikes her like lightning.
Meanwhile, back at Shantiniketan, Tulsi gets dressed for her eagerly awaited dinner date with Mihir. She tries to create the soft beginnings of romance after days of pain and distance. She suggests another suit for Mihir, trying to lighten the air, but Mihir remains stiff. He tells her that even if they go out for dinner, their issues will not magically disappear. Tulsi, however, wants to see him smile again. She wants to feel like husband and wife again, not two strangers living under the same roof.
Just as Mihir and Tulsi step out for their date, Pari returns home and sees her parents walking hand in hand. The sight crushes her with conflicting emotions—shock from Mitali’s revelation and disbelief at seeing their romantic attempt. It is the perfect setup for future misunderstandings.
Mihir and Tulsi sit in the car, but instead of softening, Mihir grows even more distant. Tulsi tries to recreate small moments of intimacy, tries making the mood lighter, but Mihir barely responds. His guilt sits heavy on his chest like a stone he cannot shift. Tulsi senses his coldness, but she keeps trying.
At the same time, Angad arrives at a restaurant requesting a job. The manager gives him a clinical rejection, adding another disappointment to his struggle-filled new life. And in a twist of fate, Tulsi and Mihir arrive at the same restaurant for their dinner. Tulsi orders spicy food and tries to pull Mihir into a moment of emotional warmth, while Mihir sits torn between the weight of his mistake and the hopeful eyes of his wife.
The episode ends with everyone spiralling in their separate crises—Tulsi loving, Mihir breaking, Noina scheming, Pari trembling with suspicion, and Angad holding onto Vrinda as his only support.
Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 25th November 2025 Written Update Review: A Slow Burn of Tension, Secrets, and Emotional Landmines
This episode brilliantly positions every character right on the edge of an emotional cliff. Tulsi shines with her pure-hearted attempt to rebuild her marriage. It’s refreshing to see her choose love over ego and romance over bitterness. She’s ready to begin again, unaware that the man she loves is drowning in a guilt she hasn’t imagined.
Mihir is the most complex piece on the board right now. His guilt, shame, confusion, and denial make him unpredictable. His refusal to enjoy the date shows he is breaking inside, and the audience can feel his struggle tightening like a knot. His scenes radiate tension because he is constantly trying to hide the truth while Tulsi stands inches away offering unconditional love.
Noina is in full manipulative mode now. Instead of moving on, she actively builds a revenge-romance trap. Her decision to marry Raman simply to provoke Mihir exposes her warped fixation. She no longer wants Mihir—she wants Mihir’s suffering. Her character has crossed into dark obsession territory, making her the most dangerous woman in the track right now.
Pari’s upcoming misunderstanding will be destructive. Her loyalty to Mihir will collide with the lie she hears from Mitali, and her mind will echo her father’s current vulnerability.
Angad and Vrinda’s track remains the innocent heartbeat of the show. His struggle is real, his disappointment relatable, and Vrinda’s support warms every frame they share.
Overall, the episode is a brilliant setup for the coming storm—misunderstandings, heartbreak, confrontation, and the slow collapse of Mihir’s carefully maintained mask.
