Reet stands in the quiet corridor, her voice low and trembling as she tells herself that she never wants to look back at her past again. She believes Rohit is standing before her and promises him that she will not return to the memories she left behind. When she lifts her gaze, the illusion shatters. It is not Rohit. It is Raghav. He listens to every word, and the pain flickers openly in his eyes. He questions how she remembers every promise she once made to him, how she manages to speak with confidence while standing in the ruins of everything they once built. His voice breaks as he reminds her of the vows they once shared, the warmth of their nights, the tenderness of their stolen silences, and how quickly she let all of it go.
Reet keeps stepping back, asking him to let her leave, insisting again that the recent mishap during the dance was unintentional. Raghav refuses to let her dismiss their story. He breaks down their past piece by piece — the stolen glances, the intimate moments, the nights they shared where her hair brushed his face and her laughter spilled into his heartbeat. His words sting her deeply, but she stays guarded, refusing to slip into the past he is drowning in.
As his emotions spiral, she leaves. Raghav too steps away, his mind a whirlpool of memories that refuse to let him breathe. Meanwhile, Kirti searches for him around the house, excited to show him the deep colour of her mehendi. She takes the dark stain on her palms as a sign of love blooming between them. She calls for him eagerly, unaware of where he truly is or what storm has already unfolded between him and Reet.
The next morning, Rohit meets Reet with fresh juice in hand. His concern is tender as he notices her tired eyes. Reet hides her emotional exhaustion behind excuses about sleeplessness. Rohit apologises for stepping out without informing her, explaining that work held him up. She lets it slide, even as her mind remains shadowed by the emotional clash she just escaped. She sees Raghav around.
Soon after, a group of women with dhol and shagun arrive unexpectedly at the Suryavanshi house. Their loud celebratory entrance shocks everyone. Sharda and Kaushalya appear confused because no one remembers inviting them. The women happily assume Reet is the bride and pull her forward to bless her and Raghav. The awkwardness escalates until Sharda firmly stops them and points toward Kirti as the actual bride.
The women insist they received an invitation from someone named Dhruv. Dhruv denies it, but Unnati instantly corners him. She exposes his previous tricks — the romantic retreat he forced Reet and Raghav into, the messages, the manipulations, all done under the guise of helping him. Dhruv loses ground as Unnati challenges him publicly.
Kirti looks shaken, demanding answers. Dhruv tries to avoid meeting her eyes, but Unnati pushes further. She reveals that Dhruv has been hiding a major truth, one he has kept especially from Kirti. Dhruv fights the accusation, but Unnati refuses to stop. She palms the evidence, determined to show Kirti that Dhruv is not as honest as he claims.
Kirti finally asks Dhruv directly if he’s hiding something. His silence deepens her doubt. Reet steps in to calm things, but the situation explodes again when Raghav confronts Dhruv for humiliating Reet with his stunt. Even Rohit, usually polite, lashes out at Dhruv for ruining the peace of the function.
Before the argument can settle, Kaushalya pulls Kirti aside. The woman pours manipulative logic into her daughter’s ears, convincing her that Raghav is not the ideal partner she imagines. She tells Kirti that Dhruv loves her deeply and can give her the stability she deserves. She paints a terrifying picture of marrying Raghav — a life overshadowed by Reet, who will always occupy a corner of his heart. Kaushalya urges Kirti to reconsider marriage and choose Dhruv instead.
Sharda storms in and exposes Kaushalya’s intentions, stating that her motivations are purely selfish. She reminds Kirti that Dhruv’s entire success comes from Reet’s hard work, and marrying him will only drown Kirti in a dependent life. She warns Kaushalya to stop poisoning Kirti’s heart.
Kirti feels torn, overwhelmed by contradictory truths. She storms off while Sharda glares at Kaushalya’s greed.
Meanwhile, Reet confronts Dhruv in private and demands to know whether he told the truth about Rohit. Dhruv admits it and breaks down, telling Reet that he only did it to protect her. He reveals the burden he carries, tied by a promise he made to their mother. Dhruv believes that Reet can never truly be happy with Rohit. He is convinced her heart belongs only to Raghav.
Their exchange is overheard by Rohit, who enters with a storm in his eyes. He accuses Dhruv of wanting Raghav and Reet back together. He demands clarity from Reet. He begs her to answer one question honestly — does she truly want to marry him?
The room freezes.
Rohit promises that if her answer is no, he will walk away forever and never come in between her and Raghav again. Reet, tired of being cornered, meets his gaze with defiance. She tells him that if he wants to leave, he can walk out right now. Her frustration spills as she insists that he himself is looking for excuses to escape.
Rohit’s shock fills the room. Dhruv watches silently. The air turns heavy with heartbreak, accusation, and truth finally stripped bare. The storm that began with one broken promise now engulfs every heart trapped between past and future.
Tomorrow, everything may shatter — a relationship, a belief, a destiny — unless someone gathers the courage to step forward and accept the truth they’ve been running from.
