But Mihir Virani is still a father, no matter how hurt he is. He watches the humiliation unfold and instantly knows the truth. Angad could make mistakes, but theft isn’t one of them. Mihir steps in, defending Angad in front of the staff, the manager, and the customers. His voice trembles with anger and pain as he declares that his son would never lie.

The man reprimands Angad in front of everyone. Mihir gets angered when the customer blames Angad for stealing his phone. Mihir breaks his silence. Angad tells that he didn’t do anything, and he is telling the truth. Mihir shouts at the man and tells him that Angad can’t steal a phone, and when he says he didn’t, then he didn’t. The man tells that Angad looks innocent, but poor guys do such things. He asks the manager to fire Angad from the job. Mihir feels bad. He gets tears in his eyes. The manager asks Angad to just leave. Mihir takes a stand for Angad. He asks the manager to trust Angad.
The manager tells that Angad didn’t tell his surname at the time of the interview, because he is a thief’s son. Mihir and Angad rage. Angad asks the manager not to say a word against his dad. Ranvijay and Ritik look on. Angad leaves. Ritik asks Mihir to continue the meeting. Mihir feels terrible. Later, he returns home and tells Tulsi and Kiran about the manager doubting Angad’s sincerity. He praises Angad, who has learnt all the work on his own. He doesn’t want anyone to blame Angad. Angad laughs, recalling the misery. He tells Vrinda that he got the job and lost it in a day.
Vrinda stays positive and asks him to stay strong. She tells that there would be something good behind it. He tells that he is upset because the manager insulted his dad. Angad spends time playing with a kid in the chawl. Vrinda is busy cooking. Angad catches Vrinda while playing hide and seek. Vrinda asks him to leave her. He tells that he is her husband now, he will not lose this golden chance of romance this time. They dance and have a romantic moment. They get caught by the little boy. Angad gets speechless to answer him. He tells that Vrinda also joined the hide and seek game. Vrinda laughs, seeing Angad’s frustration with his hindered romance.
She tells Angad that she will put Bhopu to sleep. She also falls asleep. Angad finds her sleeping and gets upset. Tulsi does the havan arrangements. She asks Pari to learn cooking. She takes Pari to the kitchen and asks her to learn cooking for Ranvijay. Pari tells that she will keep a maid. Tulsi asks her to cook properly. Even Ritik joins Pari. Pari puts salt instead of sugar. She makes an excuse and goes. Ritik tells Tulsi that he has finalized a private investigator. He asks when will they go. Tulsi tells that they will go and meet the investigator. She prays that this marriage doesn’t take place.
