Vasudha Upcoming 2nd December 2025 Written Update: Dev’s First Job Trial & Vasudha’s Prayer for Chandrika’s Blessing.
Dev and Vasudha wake up to another day of uncertainty, but hope quietly breathes between them. Before beginning her chores, Vasudha pauses before Chandrika’s photograph. Her eyes soften with longing. She speaks to the photo as if Chandrika can hear her. She tells her Maa-sa that Dev has stepped out today to find a job for the first time in his life. She adds that if Chandrika blesses him silently from her heart, then her son will surely find the right path and everything will fall into place. Even though Chandrika isn’t physically with them, Vasudha still seeks her guidance like a true daughter.
Dev, on the other hand, starts his job hunt with determination but keeps facing rejection. Every office turns him away the moment they see his résumé and hear his story. Nobody wants to hire the disowned heir of Chauhan Industries. He tries not to lose heart, but the humiliation stings. Eventually, he walks into a small firm and tells the manager that he is in urgent need of work and is ready for any position.
The manager looks at him with disbelief. Dev, once a CEO, is now begging for a chance to earn. The manager finally says that there is only one job available — a peon’s job. He warns Dev that the work is tough, tedious, and nothing like the world he has lived in. Dev nods without hesitation. Pride is no longer a luxury he can afford.
Before handing him the uniform, the manager gives him a test. He points to the dirty office floor and tells Dev he has exactly two minutes to wipe it clean. Dev silently takes the mop, gathers himself, and starts working with all the strength he has left. The peon’s uniform arrives soon after, and Dev puts it on, stepping into the harshest reality of his life.
This is where Dev’s true hardships begin — not emotional, not familial, but physical, grinding, dignity-testing hardship. And yet, Dev stands tall, ready to fight for Vasudha, for their future, and for his own redemption.
