Vasudha 4th December 2025 Written Update: Vasudha’s Appeal to Chandrika. The episode opens with Dadi arriving at the Chauhan mansion with fire in her steps and truth in her voice. She stands before Chandrika and tells her that this is the age of consequences, and everyone must be ready to face the fruit of their own actions. She reminds Chandrika that the world is already too short for love, yet people find unnecessary time for hatred. Dadi warns that once children build a new world with their partner, they will never turn back to the mother who pushed them away. She tells Chandrika that ego, pride, wealth and status might keep her powerful inside her mansion, but they can also leave her lonely when her own children abandon her. She urges Chandrika to look within before using scissors on bonds that can still be untangled, hoping she recognizes her mistake before her entire family falls apart.
Dadi finishes her harsh but honest lecture, folds her hands, and leaves with calm dignity. Inside the humble house where Dev and Vasudha live, Dev tells Vasudha that it still feels unreal that they are together, safe in their little world. Vasudha holds him with complete devotion, believing her prayers have been fulfilled and promising that in every birth, she will be with him.
Dadi returns home quietly. Vasudha notices the tension on her face and asks if the satsang went well. Dadi admits she never attended the satsang and had lied. She reveals that she had gone to meet Chandrika to give her a piece of her mind and make her understand the cruelty she is inflicting on Dev and Vasudha. She says Chandrika should be ready to face the consequences of her stubbornness and pride. Dadi reminds them that Dev and Vasudha, the rightful Lakshmi and son of the Chauhan house, are forced to live in a broken hut because of Chandrika’s anger.
At the Chauhan mansion, Chandrika returns to her room in heavy silence. She tries to regain composure but Prabhat comments that Dadi’s words carried truth. Prabhat says the old woman spoke from her heart. Chandrika explodes, asking how someone dared to insult her inside her home. She wonders if her identity as Chandrika Singh Chauhan has reduced to a point where outsiders can question her decisions. She grows restless and furious.
Meanwhile, Vasudha hesitates but decides to call Chandrika immediately. She folds her hands and greets her mother-in-law softly. Chandrika doesn’t even recognize her voice. When Vasudha identifies herself, Chandrika shuts her down, saying she doesn’t know any person named Vasudha. Chandrika declares that this number is for family and close friends only, and warns Vasudha never to call again. The call ends with a cold finality that crushes Vasudha’s spirit. Sarika enjoys the harsh moment and mocks Vasudha, fueling the bitterness, until Divya scolds her.
The Chauhan family gathers as Chandrika announces that their friend Kanchan has returned from the USA and invited the entire family for dinner to discuss a business partnership. Sarika excitedly prepares to accompany them. Avinash mutters that Chandrika has turned too stone-hearted in recent days.
Back at Dadi’s house, Vasudha breaks down. She begs Dadi to never go to the Chauhan house again. She feels her own presence has only worsened matters and brought more pain to Dev. She blames herself and says they should never have come here. Dev tells her it isn’t her fault, but the weight of Chandrika’s rejection is heavy on both of them.
Dadi listens to them quietly before delivering her strongest truth yet. She says Vasudha is filled with love for her husband, and that love is the reason Dadi went to fight for them. She reminds Vasudha that she is a rare daughter-in-law, someone Chandrika should cherish, not discard. Dadi explains that Chandrika built a beautiful family and home but destroyed it in one moment of anger. She tells Vasudha not to repeat that mistake and never abandon the relationships she now holds.
Vasudha cries and says they should leave because their presence is only troubling Dadi further. Dadi stops her. She says Vasudha can vent her anger on Dadi if needed, but she must never leave the house. Dadi says this home belongs to Dev and Vasudha and that they must protect it. She reveals she must leave early the next morning because her son is calling her. She asks them to look after the home with responsibility. Vasudha holds Dadi and begs her not to go, but Dadi reassures her that she will return soon.
Back at Dadi’s home, Dev receives fruits. Vasudha tries to insist he eats because she knows he hasn’t eaten all day. Dev is concerned to learn she too has eaten nothing. She explains that she cooked khichdi only for Dadi and drank water to fill her stomach. She calls the fruits God’s blessing and urges Dev to stay strong. Dev promises that he will not let her go hungry again and that tomorrow he will find work no matter what. Dev and Vasudha have a moment.
Morning arrives with a new determination. Dadi packs, ready to leave, and blesses Dev and Vasudha warmly. She informs Dev that all her son’s old clothes are washed, ironed, and placed in the cupboard, asking him to use them without hesitation. Vasudha feels emotional and grateful for Dadi’s support. Dev touches Vasudha’s feet respectfully, calling her his Lakshmi. Vasudha stops him and reminds him that he too is her Narayan and that neither should bow to the other. Dadi laughs and tells them to keep blessing each other.
Before leaving, Dadi hands Dev a small amount of money so he does not walk to his workplace. Dev tries to refuse it, but Vasudha insists he must not reject blessings. Dev finally accepts it out of respect. Dadi leaves the home with a promise to return.
The episode ends with Dev walking towards the horizon, determined to find a job and rebuild their life, while Vasudha stands behind him with unwavering faith.
