She insists she will maintain that her husband is busy with important work and couldn’t attend the special round. She leaves confidently, believing her lie will stay intact. Across the venue, Mangal spots Adit and feels a familiar sting. She thinks Adit must have come for Sowmya’s support, while she herself stands alone with no one to accompany her on such an important day.
Sowmya plans to use her pregnancy card again, weaving a sympathetic narrative that her unborn baby is her companion in this competition. She prepares to emotionally sway the judges. At that moment, Bhabhi Ji approaches her and asks where her husband is, since every contestant has brought their partner today. She reminds Sowmya that she had promised to introduce her husband to everyone. Caught off-guard, Sowmya falters and claims that her husband didn’t come. Mangal steps in and states that her husband did come, and she saw him herself.
Bhabhi Ji turns to Sowmya and demands her husband’s name. Mangal responds first, identifying him as Adit Saxena. Bhabhi Ji is stunned, realizing the name belongs to her own PA. She immediately asks the organisers to call Adit to the stage. Murmurs break out among the contestants. They mock Sowmya for boasting that her husband signs massive twenty-crore deals, only to find out he is the PA of the very woman running the competition.
Adit arrives, visibly tense. Bhabhi Ji confronts Sowmya and asks if Adit is indeed her husband. With no escape left, Sowmya admits the truth. The contestants erupt with objections, saying she must be disqualified because she is the PA’s wife and may receive unfair privileges. Sowmya claims she never knew Adit worked under Bhabhi Ji, but the organiser stands firm. He cites the rules stating that no family member of the organising team can compete, making her presence a direct violation.
The contestants demand her immediate disqualification. Adit tries to defend her and tells Bhabhi Ji that Sowmya genuinely didn’t know about his job. But Bhabhi Ji replies that while Sowmya may have been unaware, Adit was not. She tells him he now has only two options: either he resigns from his job or Sowmya steps out of the competition.
Cornered and furious, Sowmya blames Mangal for revealing the truth. She drags Adit aside and accuses him of lying to her, saying he disclosed his job only to Mangal. Adit denies it firmly, insisting Mangal knows nothing. Sowmya refuses to listen. She announces she will not quit under any circumstance. She wants to win the competition to secure her baby’s future. She demands that Adit resign and tells him to inform Bhabhi Ji immediately.
Adit tries reasoning with her. He explains how difficult the job market is and how this PA job helps him manage all his responsibilities. He tells her he cannot take such a big risk right now. But Sowmya remains unmoved, making it clear that he must choose between the competition or the baby. From afar, Mangal watches this heated moment with a mix of concern and helplessness.
Back at the competition venue, Sowmya and Adit return to the hall. Adit takes a deep breath and tells Bhabhi Ji he has decided to resign. He hands her the resignation letter. Bhabhi Ji asks if he is sure, reminding him this decision will affect his entire household. Adit nods, accepting the consequences. Bhabhi Ji acknowledges the resignation and instructs the contestants to prepare for the final round, which will be judged by a celebrity chef.
Moments later, she receives a message informing her that the celebrity guest’s flight has been delayed. Because of this, the final round will now begin at noon. She announces that contestants must return with their loved ones. Anyone without a partner will be eliminated, as teamwork is a key part of the final battle.
Her announcement leaves Mangal shaken. While others turn toward their families, Mangal stands alone in the middle of the hall. The weight of the moment sinks in. She wonders who she will bring with her, now that she has no one by her side.
