Mahid, on the other hand, continues to be the show’s most complex soul. His hatred for marriage isn’t arrogance—it’s abandonment trauma masquerading as strength. When he stops Seher at the end, it’s the first spark of emotional conflict: his duty clashes with something unspoken inside him.
Kausar’s desperation is heartbreaking. Her attempts to carve small chances for her daughter make her the emotional backbone of the show.
