Tum Se Tum Tak 14th December 2025 Written Update: Anu’s Life-Altering Decision. Anu runs to Gayatri. She asks the driver to help her take Gayatri to the hospital. Anu takes Gayatri to the car. They leave. Bholi sees them and wonders who that woman was and where did Anu go. Gopal waits for Pushpa and Anu. He tells Simran that Anu has gone to receive Pushpa. Bholi comes and tells them that Anu has taken an old lady to the hospital; it’s a terrible accident. Pushpa comes home. Gopal tells her about the accident. Pushpa guesses that the old lady is Gayatri. He asks her to call Anu. Anu asks Gayatri to open her eyes. She thinks of calling Arya. She asks the driver to call home and inform them about the accident.
The driver tells that nobody is answering the call. Mansi and Harsh talk. Meera visits home and tells them that she came to pick up an important file. She asks if Arya is at home. Harsh says yes. He asks Gopi to call Arya. Mansi tells Meera that Gayatri has gone to meet her relative. Meera asks if the relative is Anu, since she got to know about Gayatri going to meet Anu. Arya comes and asks how she knows it. Meera tells that she heard Anu talking to her parents about it.
She asks if she didn’t tell him anything. Anu rushes Gayatri to the ICU. The nurse asks her to inform Gayatri’s family members. Anu asks if Gayatri will get okay. He tells that he is just a pawn, and it’s all her planning, she will get punished, and she is safe until he is safe. She asks him to keep his mouth shut. She gets stressed. Arya and his family come to the hospital, and meet Anu. Arya asks Anu how it happened. She tells about Gayatri coming home to meet her family, but meeting with an accident. Arya hugs Harsh and consoles him. The doctor tells that Gayatri had a lot of blood loss and she is critical. Arya tells that Gayatri is everything to him and he can’t live without her. He asks the doctor to save her. The doctor asks him to pray. Gayatri needs medicines and prayers, too.
Anu sees Matarani’s idol there and prays for Gayatri. Gopal and Pushpa come there. Anu runs and hugs them. She tells them that Gayatri is serious. They console Anu and ask her to trust Matarani. Mansi scolds and blames Anu. Gopal defends his daughter. Mansi asks Anu and her parents to get out. Gopal asks Anu to come. Anu refuses to leave. She tells that she won’t go until Gayatri recovers. She adds that Gayatri has given her this right. Harsh cries for Gayatri. Mansi consoles him.
Jhende comes there. Arya hugs him. Jhende asks him to be strong. Arya asks how did it happen. Jhende tells that he went to the accident spot, and failed to find anything about the culprit. He adds that he will ask Anu about the accident. The doctor tells Arya that Gayatri needs O-negative blood, which is not available in their hospital right now. He asks Arya to arrange the blood within two hours, else Gayatri’s life will be in danger. Arya agrees. Everyone tries to use their contact. Gopal and Pushpa try to convince Anu to come home with them. Anu refuses. Gopal permits Anu to stay back if she wants.
Anu asks them to go home. Gopal and Pushpa leave. Arya and his family fail to arrange the blood. They seem to lose hope. The doctor asks if they arranged the blood. Arya tells that they are trying. The doctor tells that he doesn’t want to give them a false hope. He asks them to hurry up. Arya feels helpless and curses himself. Jhende asks him not to punish himself. Anu comes and tells that nothing will happen to Gayatri. Meera intervenes and asks her to lecture later, Gayatri needs O negative blood right away. Anu tells that she will donate the blood to Gayatri. Arya is stunned.
