Tum Se Tum Tak 15th December 2025 Written Update: Anu’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil Moment. Meera tells Arya that she couldn’t arrange O-negative blood. Arya gets worried. He tells the doctor that they are trying to arrange the blood. The doctor warns them about the consequences. Arya feels helpless and angered that he isn’t able to save his mother. Anu comes and tells that nothing will happen to Gayatri, because she will donate the blood to his mom. She tells Arya that her blood group is O negative. Arya smiles and is glad. Anu asks the doctor to take her blood and save Gayatri. The doctor asks Anu to go with the nurse. Anu tells Arya that she has faith, nothing will happen to Gayatri, and Arya should trust Matarani, who will see to it that Gayatri is protected. She goes with the nurse.
Jhende stares at Meera with doubt in his eyes. Rajni and neighbors wait for Gopal and Pushpa. Pushpa tells them about Gayatri’s critical condition. They worry about Arya’s family. Arya asks him about the culprit. Jhende tells that he will nab the culprit very soon. Meera worries. She tells Arya that she will leave now. She goes and calls Raghu. She asks him to meet her.
Later, Meera meets Raghu and pays him money. She tells that he should be jailed for causing that accident. He tells that he did it on her command, so she should be jailed first. She asks him not to get caught by the police and keep his mouth shut. She adds that she will keep paying him. He asks her not to worry, someone else will be caught by the police. She asks who. He tells that she will know it when the time comes. Jhende, Arya, Harsh, and Mansi meet Gayatri. They cry.
Arya asks Gayatri to respond to his call. Harsh and Mansi also ask Gayatri to wake up and talk to them. Jhende says that Gayatri regards him as a son and she will listen to him. He asks her to get up. Anu comes and takes their permission to speak to Gayatri once. Mansi reacts. Arya stops Mansi and lets Anu step in. Anu emotionally appeals to Gayatri and asks her to get up to complete their incomplete meeting. She calls her Maa and asks her to wake up for her sake.
Gayatri recalls her daughter and reacts to Anu’s call. The nurse rushes to call the doctor. Gayatri opens her eyes and sees Arya and Anu. Arya hugs Gayatri and asks if she is okay. Gayatri nods. Harsh and Mansi also embrace Gayatri. The doctor comes and checks Gayatri. He congratulates them that Gayatri is fine now. Arya tells Gayatri that Anu has donated blood to her and saved her life.
