Jagriti 16th December 2025 Written Update: Suraj’s Memory Returns, Akash’s Betrayal, and Kalikant’s Fall Begins
Suraj finally reaches Jagriti and comes rushing to save her. The moment their eyes meet, Jagriti’s fear melts into relief. She looks at him as if she has been waiting for this one second her entire life. Suraj stands there, shaken and overwhelmed, and the first thing he does is apologize. He tells Jagriti that he was not in his senses, that he remembered nothing, and yet unknowingly he hurt her deeply. He admits that he caused her unbearable pain and keeps saying sorry, again and again, with guilt written all over his face. He asks her to forget everything that happened and treat it like a bad dream.
Jagriti listens silently, but there is no anger in her eyes. Suraj tells her that whatever they are, whatever they stand for, this moment, this time, this togetherness is the only truth that matters. Ganga folds her hands in gratitude and prays that God stays with Jagriti and helps her succeed in the mission she stepped out for. Ganga gets Jagriti’s message. Overwhelmed with emotion, Jagriti tells Ganga Maa that she is bringing her Suraj back home.
Ganga believes Suraj’s memory has returned completely and thanks God repeatedly for reuniting them. At the same time, Akash oveahears Ganga. He refuses to believe this miracle. He panics and insists that Suraj’s memory cannot return. There is no way this can be true, and the fear of losing control starts eating her from inside.
Back with Jagriti and Suraj, emotions pour out. Jagriti tells Suraj to stop hurting himself for her sake. She reminds him of how much pain he caused her, how many wounds he gave her with his words, and yet she tolerated everything quietly. She confesses that when only thirty seconds were left, she truly believed he would not come. Still, there was a strange peace in her heart because she was ready to leave the world with his love and memories. Living with his hatred was impossible for her.
Jagriti says that Ram Ji had already written their story, which is why Suraj returned at the right moment. Suraj admits that his memory has returned, but not completely. He tells her that only some moments are clear in his mind. He remembers telling her that he loved her. He remembers the clay hand mold they made together, how she broke it in anger, and how they later fixed it together. These memories make one thing clear to him — Jagriti loves him deeply and has never lied to him. He finally accepts that Sapna and Kalikant Thakur are the ones deceiving him. She hugs him.
Suraj apologizes again for all his misbehavior and cruelty. Jagriti stops him gently and tells him not to keep apologizing. She says he never hurt her intentionally. Her Suraj could never do that. She is just happy that he is back with her. She excitedly suggests going home together, saying Ganga Maa and the family will dance with happiness when they see him like this.
Suraj suddenly stops her. He tells her this is not the right time to go home. He cannot let everyone know that even a part of his memory has returned. More than anything, he does not want Kalikant Thakur to find out about it. Jagriti questions him, confused by his sudden seriousness.
Meanwhile, Sapna panics in the haveli, wondering where Suraj is and in what condition he might be. Akash approaches her and asks her not to panic. He reveals the shocking truth that Suraj’s memory is slowly returning. Sapna is stunned and demands to know how and when this happened. Akash admits that he does not know all the details but overheard Ganga Maa thanking Ram Ji for supporting Jagriti.
Akash then lets his guilt slip. He mutters that everything is his fault, that if he had not left the key in the basement, Suraj would not have escaped. Sapna freezes and asks him which key he is talking about. Slowly, the truth dawns on her. She realizes Akash helped Suraj escape. Furious, she confronts him, demanding answers.
Akash finally explodes and confesses everything. He admits that he helped Suraj escape and even tipped off the CBI about Kalikant Thakur’s location. His plan was simple and selfish. He wanted Suraj to leave Mokshgarh with Kalikant so that Suraj would stay away, giving Akash a chance to get closer to Jagriti. Sapna is disgusted. She lashes out at Akash, calling him selfish and accusing him of never truly caring about her. She realizes his concern was always an act.
Their argument turns bitter and personal. Sapna tells him that all his love stories end the same way — everyone leaves him. Now, with Suraj’s memory returning, Akash’s entire plan has collapsed. The tension escalates until Kalindi mocks them, sarcastically suggesting they fight physically if that will solve their problems.
Elsewhere, Kalikant desperately tries calling Suraj, but the calls do not go through. He assumes Suraj has thrown the phone away. Kalikant smirks, believing his power still controls everything.
At that moment, Jagriti arrives with the authorities. Kalikant is shocked to see her. She calmly reveals that she herself tipped off the police about the state’s most wanted criminal. Suraj steps forward and confirms that his memory and senses have returned. He tells Kalikant that Jagriti could have arrested him long ago but waited because of Suraj. He warns Kalikant not to disrespect Jagriti again or he will personally decide his punishment.
Kalikant laughs arrogantly and boasts that even if they arrest him today, they will never be able to punish him. He threatens that his men are spread across Mokshgarh and will destroy any evidence Jagriti has hidden. The police arrest Kalikant despite his threats.
Suraj reassures Jagriti, telling her not to fear Kalikant’s warnings. Jagriti, however, remains cautious. She reminds Suraj how dangerous Kalikant’s network is and insists they must protect the evidence at all costs until the court hearing.
Suraj asks her where she has kept the evidence. Jagriti tells him she will show him. She takes him straight to Kalikant Thakur’s own room. Suraj is shocked and asks why she brought him there. Jagriti calmly explains that she hid all the evidence in places Kalikant would never think of checking — among his own belongings.
She opens whiskey bottles and reveals hidden proof inside them. She shows Suraj photographs of Kalikant’s deals with Alex and exposes his involvement in human trafficking. She points out a man linked to the Chitta girls’ trafficking case, who is already in jail after confessing his crimes. Jagriti confidently says that once these photos reach the court, Kalikant Thakur will be behind bars for human trafficking.
Suraj is impressed by her intelligence and asks if all the evidence is kept there. Jagriti nods and says she has placed everything strategically, ensuring nothing can be destroyed easily.
The episode ends on a tense but powerful note, with Jagriti standing strong, Suraj finally by her side, and Kalikant’s empire beginning to crumble — though the danger is far from over.
