In Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile, Kirti’s dangerous intentions take a darker turn as she secretly meets Sharda Bua at the hospital. Sharda pretends to be unwell and gets herself admitted, while a constable remains posted outside her ward. Using the opportunity, Kirti cleverly sneaks inside to meet her. Sharda immediately asks Kirti if she has brought the things she had demanded earlier. Kirti silently nods, confirming that their plan is very much in motion. Meanwhile, back at home, a completely different atmosphere unfolds. Raghav surprises Reet with a grand birthday celebration.
