Zee TV’s Jagriti takes a sharp turn as Kalikant Thakur continues to haunt the Thakur family even after his death. Just when Suraj and Jagriti believe the worst is behind them, Kalikant’s final move throws the entire haveli into chaos. His will reveals a truth that stuns everyone and ignites a full-blown family confrontation.
The shock begins when it comes out that Kalikant has transferred his entire property, including the haveli, wealth, and assets, to his illegitimate children, Aatish and Nikita. This revelation leaves Jagriti, Suraj, Akash, Sapna, and the rest of the family rattled. The tension in the house skyrockets as Aatish and Nikita arrive with a sense of ownership that feels more like revenge than inheritance.
Aatish wastes no time asserting dominance. He openly declares that the one in whose name the house is registered decides who stays and who leaves. His words hit like a slap, especially when he casually suggests that the family should pack up and leave, as if their memories, struggles, and sacrifices mean nothing. Suraj strongly objects, reminding them that Sapna is pregnant and cannot be thrown out like this. Nikita and Aatish make it clear that this was never about love. According to them, Kalikant didn’t leave them the property out of affection but as an act of revenge against his “legitimate” family.
