The episode opens on a quiet, almost dreamy night, broken by an unexpected presence. Mahi secretly climbs into Bindi’s room through the window, moving carefully like someone who knows he doesn’t fully belong there. He stands beside her bed, watching her sleep with a softness that words don’t capture. There’s admiration, concern, and an unspoken longing in his eyes. But the moment doesn’t last long. Bindi wakes up and is instantly alarmed to see him inside her room.
Her shock quickly turns into anger. She questions him sharply, asking why he has come again despite knowing the risks. She reminds him that she stays in a PG and if Malti aunty ever finds out about his secret visits, things could spiral badly. Bindi’s words aren’t just about rules; they’re about fear. She explains that for a middle-class girl, reputation is everything, something that can’t be repaired once damaged. She accuses Mahi of being careless, of not thinking about consequences, of not valuing what truly matters to her.

Just then, Veeru calls her with concern in his voice. He asks if she knows anything about Mahi because he’s been missing since morning. The question jolts her. Bindi immediately calls Damini, suspecting foul play, but Damini denies having anything to do with Mahi’s disappearance. That’s when it hits Bindi that Mahi isn’t pretending or avoiding people. Amidst this tension, she casually asks about Mahi’s whereabouts, but Dhruv has no answer, unknowingly adding another layer of worry.
At the same time, Sudha takes money from Saurav and leaves to meet her friends, unaware of the storm about to hit. Saurav sits down to continue his stitching work, trying to focus, but his health betrays him. He begins coughing violently, struggling to breathe properly. Soon, they track down the driver, who finally sheds some light on Mahi’s movements. He tells them that Mahi went to meet Saurav early in the morning. After Saurav insulted him and refused his help, Mahi didn’t return to the car. Instead, he walked into the colony. The driver explains that the lanes were too narrow to follow him, so he had no choice but to leave. Hearing this, Bindi’s expression changes. She suddenly knows exactly where Mahi would go when he feels rejected and alone.
She rushes to that place and finds Mahi drinking, completely lost in himself. The surroundings trigger a flood of childhood memories for Bindi. This is where they once laughed, fought, dreamed, and promised things that felt eternal back then. The contrast between those innocent memories and the broken man in front of her overwhelms her. Tears well up, but she quickly wipes them away, refusing to let Mahi see her vulnerability.
She asks him to come back home with her, trying to sound firm yet caring. Mahi, clearly drunk, smirks and asks how she managed to find him. He sarcastically wonders if she has become a detective now. Bindi ignores the taunt and tells him everyone is worried about him. She urges him again to return.
