Rajni tells Pushpa that there is a free medical checkup camp in the locality. Pushpa tells that she has to go with Gopal. Gopal asks Pushpa to go for the checkup. Pushpa asks him to come along. He tells that he is fit. She cries that he called her fat. He tells that he is worried about her health. She goes with Rajni. Gayatri comes to Arya’s room.
She asks him to have breakfast. He refuses. He weeps. She asks why he is crying. She is hurt to see his tears. He hides the matter. She asks him to share what’s hurting him. He tells that he had seen a dream after so many years, and everything got over, his dream broke. She asks what he means. He says yes. He tells that he told everything about Rajnandini, Anu couldn’t tolerate the truth and fainted, and now she doesn’t want to talk to him. Gayatri hugs him and cries. He tells that he has no right to dream, and he will never have love in his fate. He sadly leaves. Pushpa comes to the medical camp. She checks her weight. The ladies try to see her weight. Pushpa weighs 95 kgs. The doctor calls her overweight and checks her vitals. He tells that her BP is normal. She gets scared that she might have blood sugar. She refuses for the blood test.
Rajni asks her to undergo the tests. She forces Pushpa to get the sugar test done. Pushpa prays that she doesn’t have high blood sugar. Anu and Arya come face-to-face at the office. Meera and Jhende look on. Neetu gets Rajnandini Sarees file and gives it to Anu. Meera wants to know what’s going on. She knows Jhende won’t tell her anything. Pushpa comes home. She cries that she has high sugar. The ladies scare her. Gopal asks them not to scare Pushpa. He consoles Pushpa. The peon comes to Anu’s cabin and asks for her help.
He tells that Arya didn’t take BP tablets today. He asks her to take the medicines for Arya. Anu agrees. Anu thinks she has no right to Arya. She asks Meera to give medicines to Arya. Meera asks why she isn’t going. Anu tells that she is respecting her limits. Mayur wonders why Anu is refusing to give medicines to Arya. Meera takes the medicines for Arya. She asks Arya to take his BP medicine. Arya refuses.
She requests him to please take the medicine. He asks her to keep it, he will take it later. The staff starts gossiping about Anu and Arya’s issues. Meera gets angry on hearing this.
