Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile 13th January 2026 Written Update: Raghav Fights Fire, Betrayal, and Fate to Save Reet
The episode opens with Raghav finally catching Viren, who is moving around in disguise after executing his dangerous kidnapping plan. Raghav’s anger explodes the moment he recognizes him. He questions how Viren even dared to betray him after taking everything he asked for granted. Raghav reminds him that he followed every instruction, even sending the police back as demanded, yet Reet was not returned. He warns Viren that he will drag him straight to the police station if he lies again.
Cornered, Viren stammers and finally breaks. He reveals Reet’s location, telling Raghav that she has been kept in Chuttan Warehouse, hidden deep inside the forest route, near Dabba number nineteen. Raghav does not trust him blindly and demands proof. Viren panics and tells him that wasting time on revenge will only cost Reet her life. He warns that a fire has already been set and there is very little time left.
Raghav doesn’t waste another second. Meanwhile, Kirti is seen searching for Viren, confused about his sudden disappearance. She spots him in a strange getup and runs after him, shouting his name. When she finally stops him, she scolds him for wearing such a disguise and speaking in a strange voice. Viren brushes it off, saying he barely escaped getting caught. Kirti immediately asks about Reet. Viren casually claims that Reet must be dead by now and that Raghav is probably crying over her ashes.
Kirti freezes. The reality of her own plan shakes her. She panics and blurts out that Raghav was sent into the fire and if anything happens to him, she won’t survive it. Viren coldly reminds her that plans had to change and emotions have no place here. He tells her that if Raghav gets hurt, it will only be emotionally, not physically. He orders Kirti to go home and start preparing for Reet’s last rites instead. Kirti, after a moment of hesitation, convinces herself that this is the end of Reet and even feels relieved that her biggest obstacle is gone forever.
At the same time, Raghav reaches the godown. Thick smoke fills the air. Flames surround the area. Inside, Reet lies unconscious, barely breathing. Raghav runs straight into the fire without thinking about his own life. He lifts Reet in his arms and begs her to open her eyes. He keeps reassuring her that he has come and nothing will happen to her now. He carries her out of the burning warehouse, coughing and struggling, but refusing to let go.
Raghav ties Reet to his back and escapes from the place. His voice breaks as he tells her not to give up and promises to fight till his last breath to save her. He rides away on his bike, holding onto hope as flames rage behind him.
Back at home, the family is anxious. Unnati informs everyone that Raghav managed to save Reet from the kidnapping, but her condition is critical. The family thanks Mata Rani, yet fear lingers because Reet is not responding. They immediately arrange for a doctor.
Kirti pretends to be shocked and worried, asking where Reet is and why she is not picking calls. Divya wonders aloud why Kirti is missing at such a critical moment. Kirti’s excuses sound hollow, but no one questions her yet.
The doctor examines Reet and asks for emergency injections. Raghav stands helpless, apologizing to Reet again and again for failing to protect her. He breaks down, saying he has already lost his parents and cannot afford to lose Reet. The doctor explains that Reet was given a heavy dose of dangerous chemical injections, which temporarily paralyzed her body. However, the antidote has been administered in time, and she will regain consciousness, though it may take a while.
Kirti overhears the good news and forces a smile. She pretends to credit her prayers for Reet’s survival, saying God listens when prayers are made sincerely. But the moment she is alone, her frustration surfaces. She curses Viren and Sharda for failing to finish the job.
Raghav confronts Kirti directly and accuses her of being involved. Kirti immediately plays the victim, acting innocent and fragile, claiming she is too weak and scared to even cross a road alone. She denies any connection to kidnapping or violence. Raghav warns her that once Reet regains consciousness, the truth will come out, and he will destroy her life for what she has done.
Later, an unexpected twist shakes the episode again. Unnati receives a threatening call claiming she has been kidnapped and demanding ransom. Panic spreads instantly. Before things escalate, Unnati reveals that it was a prank using her old phone and SIM. Vikrant loses his temper and scolds her harshly, reminding her that Reet almost died and such jokes are unacceptable. Unnati apologizes and promises never to repeat such a mistake.
As night deepens, Raghav sits beside Reet, holding her hand and talking to her even though she is unconscious. He recalls their memories, their small joys, shared dreams, and promises of a future together. He tells her that she can be angry with him, hate him, or refuse to see his face, but he will never leave her alone again.
The next morning brings relief. Reet finally regains consciousness. The family celebrates Makar Sankranti just like every year. Reet wakes up, bathes, dresses up, and prepares for the puja, proving her strength once again. The elders insist that Raghav join her for the puja as her husband. Though hesitant, Reet stands beside him.
The episode ends on a fragile note of hope. Reet is alive, but the wounds of betrayal, obsession, and hidden crimes remain far from healed. Kirti watches silently, hatred burning behind her calm face, while Raghav knows that the real battle is still not over.
