Gaurav is taken aback but listens as Babji confidently says he will raise the topic during the mehndi ceremony. Sobha notices the mehndi on Tulsi’s hands and is visibly moved when she sees Mihir’s name written there. She thanks Komal for writing her father’s name on her mother’s hand. Tulsi, however, immediately grounds Sobha in reality, reminding her why they are here. She says this entire act is just for appearances. Sobha emotionally admits she wishes she could stay with her father. Tulsi firmly tells her that this Tulsi has changed and she will not return to Mihir. She asks Sobha to accept reality and walks away, leaving Sobha conflicted.
Noina, watching all this, sarcastically compliments Tulsi’s “acting” and calls her oversmart. She accuses Tulsi of trying too hard to save Shantiniketan. Noina then shows off her own mehndi, deliberately pointing out the prominent “M” on her hand. Tulsi recalls how earlier she hadn’t realized that M stood for Mihir. Noina smugly says her mehndi will bring real colour.
Just then, Mihir quickly rubs Noina’s mehndi, warning her they could get caught. Noina scoffs, saying she isn’t afraid of anyone. Mihir nervously asks how she will explain the “M” if someone notices. Tulsi steps in sharply, telling Noina to control her madness and focus on enjoying the celebration instead of provoking drama. Noina fumes silently. Tulsi calmly asks Kanta Ben to sit beside her.
