Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile 20th January 2026 Written Update: Reet Blamed for Raghav’s Breakdown, Guilt Pulls Her Back

The upcoming episode of Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile turns painfully emotional as Raghav’s condition worsens, not because of injuries, but heartbreak. The episode begins with Unnati calling Reet in a fit of anger and panic. Her words hit like a slap. She accuses Reet of letting her ego destroy Raghav’s will to live. A stunned Reet asks what she is even saying, but Unnati doesn’t stop. She switches the call to video, forcing Reet to see the truth with her own eyes.

On the screen, Raghav looks lifeless and broken. Reet immediately notices that his saline drips are missing and asks who removed them and why he isn’t being treated properly. Unnati coldly reveals that Raghav himself removed the drips. He has stopped taking medicines, stopped eating, and more than that, stopped hoping. According to Unnati, Raghav has already given up on life, and she bluntly tells Reet that she is the only reason behind this state.

The call leaves Reet shaken to the core. Her anger melts into fear and guilt. Meanwhile, Kirti takes advantage of the situation and hires a private nurse to look after Raghav, presenting herself as the responsible one in front of the family. On the outside, she appears caring, but her intentions remain questionable.

Reet reaches Raghav’s doorstep but freezes. Her feet refuse to move forward. The pain of betrayal, accusations, and unanswered questions still hold her back. Watching her from afar, Poonam and Divya sense danger. They immediately grow suspicious of the newly hired nurse and begin plotting to throw her out, feeling something is off about Kirti’s sudden concern.

As night falls, Reet is unable to escape her thoughts. Guilt consumes her. She sees Raghav in her dream, weak, broken, and silently calling out to her. The image shakes her from within. Unable to fight her heart any longer, Reet finally turns back.

The episode ends with Reet deciding to return to Raghav, setting the stage for an emotional reunion, renewed confrontation, and the beginning of yet another storm in their already fragile relationship.
