The episode begins inside Mahid’s room. Mahid notices that Seher is still asleep and comments on it with visible irritation. Everyone is waiting downstairs, and her absence is already being noticed. Sultana breaks down and apologizes, explaining that she only wanted to keep Kausar away from Fareed. She admits she had no idea Irfan was involved in such a dangerous racket.
Kausar’s pain runs deeper than anger. She shares her shattered dream of seeing her daughter become a doctor, only for fate to trap her in her in-laws’ house instead. She bitterly reminds Sultana that she too has a daughter and asks what she would do if placed in the same situation.

Nazima’s frustration and Husna’s jealousy are written with restraint, making them more dangerous. Neither woman raises her voice, yet both clearly intend to break Seher emotionally. Mahid’s emotional coldness stands out sharply, especially in contrast to Dada Huzoor’s affection.
The Kausar–Sultana track adds emotional depth, reflecting how women often become collateral damage in battles they never chose. Kausar’s refusal to harm others despite her pain is one of the episode’s strongest moments.
