Ved begins to sense that something is wrong when he finds a pearl from Saru’s anklet lying on the floor. The sight immediately alarms him. He starts looking for her frantically and keeps calling her name. His worry grows when he notices Saru’s phone lying outside the autopsy room. Fear grips him, and he rushes inside without wasting another second.
Inside, a horrifying scene awaits him. The doctor is preparing to begin Saru’s postmortem, believing her to be dead. Ved shouts and stops them just in time, insisting that Saru is still alive. He checks her and realizes that she is indeed breathing. Acting quickly, he rescues her and takes her away, shaken but relieved that he reached in time.
