Anupama 8th February 2026 Written Update: Anupama’s Uneasy Stay. The episode begins with Anupama asking Ishani to take care of Hasmukh and ensure he takes his medicines on time. Ishani agrees but becomes emotional, saying she already misses Pari and feels Pari would be happy knowing Anupama is with Rahi. She admits she will miss Anupama too.
Hasmukh notices that Anupama looks worried and asks what is wrong. Anupama says she feels restless, as if something is about to go wrong. Hasmukh asks her not to think negatively, but Anupama says it is an intuition she cannot ignore. She adds that she never felt hesitant staying at Anuj’s house, yet she feels anxious about staying with the Kotharis. Hasmukh reassures her, and Kinjal also comforts her, reminding her that they are all with her.
On the other side, Gautam and Mahi discuss Anupama staying in the house. Mahi mentions that Prem and Prerna have gone to Delhi together. Gautam reveals his plan to bring Prem and Prerna closer and indirectly trouble Rahi. He says Anupama brought Prerna into Prem and Rahi’s lives, and now she will face the consequences. Gautam also recalls how Anupama interfered in his chawl project and vows to throw her out of the house with double humiliation.
Meanwhile, Parag talks to Vasundhara, who says she would not have celebrated her birthday if she had known trouble was coming. Anupama brings snacks for them, but Vasundhara taunts her, saying she should not work as she is a guest and that they have servants in their house. Khyati clarifies that Anupama insisted on helping despite being asked not to. Anupama apologizes for ruining Vasundhara’s birthday, but Vasundhara coldly replies that nothing can be done now.
Soon, Kriti and Kapil arrive. Vasundhara introduces Kriti as her niece. Kriti taunts Anupama after learning she is staying there and questions how a mother can stay in her daughter’s marital home. She also demands a large room for herself, and Parag agrees. Vasundhara reveals that Kriti is unhappy in her marriage.
Anupama later asks Vasundhara and Parag if they have any problem with her staying there. Vasundhara remarks that the house is already crowded but says it is fine, and Parag tries to reassure Anupama.
At the same time, Prem tells Rahi to take care of herself. Rahi says Anupama is with her, and Prem leaves for Mumbai.
Back at the Shah house, Paritosh and Pakhi wonder why Parag did not ask them to stay back and help with Rahi. Kinjal interrupts and scolds both of them, reminding them of their responsibilities. Pakhi then leaves to meet Diwaker. Paritosh argues with Kinjal about her working, but Kinjal firmly says someone has to earn to run the house, while Paritosh insists he is meant for business, not a job.
Later, Anupama feeds Rahi and remembers the past, missing Anuj deeply. Rahi says she wishes she could bring Anuj back and prays that Anupama remains safe, sensing that her mother is not comfortable in the Kothari house.
In the kitchen, Anupama bumps into Kapil, who says he is preparing cardamom milk because Kriti likes it. Anupama wonders why Vasundhara claimed Kriti’s husband and in-laws were bad if Kapil seems so caring.
Later, Anupama overhears Kriti scolding Kapil harshly. When Kriti realizes someone might be listening, she quickly pretends to be the victim and portrays Kapil as the villain. The sudden shift confuses Anupama, leaving her thoughtful and suspicious.
The episode ends with Anupama silently observing the cracks in Kriti’s behavior, as her earlier intuition begins to feel justified.
